Ok if you do a 8 week cycle like Ronnie said you should do. how long should you wait before doing another 8 week cycle

Time on = time off + pct so 12 weeks. 8 weeks plus 4 weeks of pct.

i count the total weeks from first injection until last day of pct. So if you have a 2 week gap between your last shot and start of pct. I count those weeks also.
so lets say a 10 week cycle of test e
10 weeks on
2 weeks till start pct
4 weeks on pct
=16 weeks to wait

Since you mentioned Ronnie, I assume you are talking about the "you should read this" thread? If so, it is a whole plan. His main point is not to do a single 8 week cycle, but to go through a system of cycles with specific amounts of time "off" and then PCT at the end.

If I am talking about something different than you are, then everyone above has given the best advice. If we are both talking about the same thing, you should read his thread again. It is complicated, but you should either do it all, or not at all. Don't just take bits and pieces.
