    Staying cut while on cycle?

    Hey guys, so here is what my cycle will look like;

    Week 1-12 test cyp @ 400 mg a week
    .25mg arimidex eod until PCT
    HCG from first shot of test to 5 days before PCT @ 250iux2 a week
    Pct 18 days after last injection with
    clomid - 35/35/35/35
    nolva 20/20/20/20

    I am trying to put on some solid muscle mass with this and I was wondering if their is anything I can take while bulking to keep the bf% down? Thanks! Obviously I know my diet will play a huge role in this as well.

    BF 10-12%
    Height 5'11

    First cycle was this;

    400 mg test cypionate Ew for 10 weeks.
    .25mg arimidex eod until PCT
    PCT starting 18 days after last injection consisting of
    nolva 40/20/20/20
    clomid 70/35/35/35

    Cardio diet... if you are asking about supplements clen and var are the ones most often used for cutting

    Looks like a good cycle to me. How was your first cycle results if I can ask, and how much of your gains did you keep?

    I too am wondering what the results of tour first cycle were? And would wait a couple weeks to start hcg . Why are you going with 400 of test per week? Your diet generally dictates cutting or bulking.

    Pct clomid i would run 50/50/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20 im on a similar and i might throw in some vat for the last 5 weeks @50mg per day as ive read is less toxic at this dose.

    The cycle sucked!! Haha turns out I got some extremely under dosed gear. That's what I get for using a UGL, no one to blame but myself. If anyone wants the lab name to avoid it pm me.

    I would run 100/50/50/50 on the clomid. Otherwise, have fun. Don't worry about staying cut on cycle. Longer esters like Cyp tend to retain a little more water in my experience. Just watch your diet and do a little cardio. Nothing huge, just keep the fat down a little. You can concentrate on cutting when you do a cutting cycle.

    if you eat clean food sources and do some cardio it should keep your body fat gaining min while you cycle

    Please edit your post. There was absolutely no reason to flame him. and flaming is against the rules. He said run on the treadmill. Cardio is a legit answer to keep bf down

    So even though you say the gear was underdosed did you keep any gains from your first cycle? I would suggest test prop in the future if you want to stay cut while on cycle as long as you don't mind the frequent injections. Also what thepeter said is a legitimate response to your question. If you want to keep bf down do cardio and eat clean...

    My gains were minimal, all said and done after PCT I would say I kept about 3 lbs of muscle. So nothing amazing.

    Hahaha who really cares man? Im sure hes just messing around. Its kinda funny... Although I dont really feel smoking weed and taking steroids go hand in hand...haha It seems to me weed would be sort of counterproductive to what most of us on here are trying to achieve.

    and OP really eat clean make the right choices for your carbs and fat. then theres cardio if you see agina body fat gaining happening

    Ya I'm def gonna keep the cardio up, I find its sometimes tricky to find a balance between enough to burn fat and too much which burns muscsle. I wasn't trying to flame the kid I just really don't thiink that should be an avatar pic, sends the wrong message and doesn't mesh with the forum. But I can admit when I'm an asshole and I was, so my bad.

    With the type of food weed makes you want plus the test and gh supression as well as the complete lack of aggression and intensity that it instills in me it's for sure counterproductive!!!!
