Really glad I found this forum, full of advise without the selling bull.
I am 46, 5,7ins and around 210 lbs, at my age and having been doing weights on and off for 20+ years I sort of know what I should eat, lots of protein, low carbs but as you can see from my stats it's not really working the way I am doing it, I look good in a tshirt, big chest (46) jeans 34 waist but don't want to take the shirt off :-( I know I wont get a 20 years old body now but I find when taking something to bulk up the arms/chest for the summer like deca it gives me the incentive to train more and harder, so I am looking for something similar to reduce the bf% and some dietary advise
Sorry if I am asking dumb questions but even us old ones need advise :-)
