    Newbie looking for some answers.

Just want to say hi to everyone first, great reading in these forums, very informative. Im new here, and have a few questions. Im 36 years old, 5'11 176lbs approx 19% bf. I am a very HARD Gainer. For a hard gainer like myself what supplement should i consider? Im not looking to bust out of my shirts, but im looking for some decent gains for my workouts. And i am also health nut as well, so any suggestions with the less side effects is what im looking to find out.

Protein powder mate! I don't think your too much of a hard gainer if you have 19% bf! Health nut as in food or exercise, coz I think from your stats you could do a lot with your diet

Upping your protein will do you significant good in gaining muscle. It's the most important nutrient in your day. While we have two "fuel-type" nutrients carbs/fats we only have one recovery nutrient, Protein. 176lbs at 5'11 and 19% bodyfat? That doesn't sound like you're carrying a lot of muscle on you. I would probably consider getting leaner right now as opposed to gaining weight. I think the body operates better at a lean body fat percentage; even gaining muscle, in my opinion.
