    does test dehydrate you??

    started my prop cycle last monday (1/9/12) and cardio this week has been suckin but havent changed anything from last week. gettin bad calf cramps, shin splints and gettin lower back pumps/cramps. not taking any orals just prop 100mg EOD. i try puttin down about a gallon to gallon and a half of water everyday. seems like i started expirencing these problems once the test kicked in

    This often happens with orals, not so much with injectables

    Is your prop UGL or Human grade... Just out of interest, nothing to worry about.


    You can try adding 5-10g of taurine per day and see if that helps at all...

    The cramps across your calves could be from a potassium deficiency as well.. i got horrible wake me up out of a sleep cramps for a while.. my doc told me to up my potassium and voila prob solved

    Those are pumps from the extra glycogen your muscles are storing while on test (the same reason why it gives you good pumps). It has little to do with hydration.
    Like Baseline said, 5-10g of Taurine preworkout should clear it up.
