It depends. Are you coming off a cycle or on one. What was number for rbc, hemoglobin, and hematocrit.
im on cycle. im not sure mate i haven't picked up the paperwork yet just spoke to the doctor on the phone and he told me that they were high and to book an appointment to come in and speak to him
Steroids increase the blood volume, hence red blood cell count. I bet your blood pressure is up as well. I'm sure it's not good for you, but how bad for you it is - is debatable.
It depends on how high it is. We need numbers.
But yeah, this can be dangerous as it thickens your blood and puts strain on your heart and vascular system.
Wtf are you talking about...dont try to scare people with your non sence, you answer the questiion...aas increase blood pressure, as well as some increase rb, this is a side and its nothing to get to crazy about, just go to your doc and keep an eye out for bp, rbc will normalize after your done cycling.Originally Posted by Whoady
Well I know cyclists have been known to have serious health risks due to artifical increase in RBC. Stay hydratedd and be careful. That's atlteast what helps people on EPO.
Cheers guys it's a doctor prescribed cycle so I'm in good hands
