HELP With first time trying to do something right

Hey guys im from Australia its really hard to get your hands on gear unless you know pleople.

I have got my hands on Nandrolone Decanoate its a 10 ml bottle with 250mg per 1ml (Had trouble just getting that)

What kind of cycle should i do with that like how many mgs a week

And for my pct i cant seem to get nova or clomid

What else can i take for pct that is legal in australia

1 vial of deca isnt good for anything, spend the next few months researching and browsing through the forums to learn as much as you can!

Welcome. First thing you need to do is read and research. Not only should you not take deca on it's own, that is not even close for 1 cycle. I'm glad you said you want to do this right. The right way is to spend a long time on here.

Listen to these guys and do some research. 1 bottle of deca alone is pretty much worthless. Your first cycle should consist only of testoserone. Also you never want to run any steroid without test especially a 19nor like deca or tren . One more thing if you can't get proper pct drugs like nolva and clomid do not run a cycle!!!

That's no where near a proper cycle. Do things right and be patient, and get more knowledge. By the time you know exactly how to run a proper cycle, I'm sure you will most likely know where to get gear from. Don't focus so much on getting gear bro, focus more on how to do it right.

Also i have been told taking testoreone Tablets and estrogeon Blockers from your supplement shop is as good ass anything for pct
