    constipation while on aas?

    So ive never been constipated in my life, ever since i started this 1st cycle its harder for me to poop, well today i actually cant!! This shyt sucks literally. Any 1 ever experience this while on cycle, i eat a lot of fiber in vegies, i try not to eat fruit bc of the sugars but all around my diet is healthy, but my butt is clogged up. Any ideas besides lax, i read bad shyt about then all the time.

    Don't know what you can do for immediate relief. I eat peppers every day to stay regular. The hotter the better. Is it possible you are dehydrated from exercising harder than you are used to?

    Yeah i eat green peppers and lots of brocolli, mushrooms, tomatoes, and drink around4-5 liters of water a day.

    Jesus i think i just pooped a baby out, if it was allowed i would post a pic, imagine a small ferret. Took me 3.5 hours to get this bad boy out, with some help of good ol NO EXPLODE and some crazy pushing, i think i got my work out.

    So you actually took a photo of your baby-bad-boy-small-ferret shiiit ? Or did you keep it in the toilet as a pet ?

    Phillip's Milk of Magnesia is what I would recommend you get next time. Pushing too hard can cause hernia and hemorrhoids, as can heavy resistance training, so you can see why it's preferable to avoid one. Anyway, I've never heard of AAS causing constipation either. What are you taking exactly? If your fiber intake is sufficient I find this very odd.

    Try a fiber supplement like fiber one. Also, use a stool softener like dolcolax for a few days. You don't want use use laxatives long term. I understand about your diet concerns, but consider a piece or two of fruit a day. Possibly you have changed your diet on your first cycle from what it was before and your body is adjusting. Now you know why women say childbirth is so bad.
