36 yr old male. need advice
Hi guys, I am 36 years old. I have been going to the gym 2 hours a day, 4 to 5 days a week now for about 6 years. I eat around 3,000 calories a day, 230 to 250 grams of protein. diet consists mostly of raw or steamed veggies, wild salmon, baked or grilled chicken, tuna, protein shakes, oats, peanut butter, and occasionally turkey lunch meat.
I have never done a cycle, but I feel like I have hit a wall. I have been reading for a couple months now about test cycles, and am considering just doing a test e or c only cycle with nolva in case of gyno and also for pct. but I am reading now that maybe I am too old for test and would do better with HGH????
What do you guys think?
oh by the way, I am 5'10", 205-210lbs last check I was 13% bf.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I am doing pretty good on the diet part, but from that article, looks like I could stand to bump up my intake a little.

Take your intake up first see what results you get then look at a test e cycle

More food would definitely help.
As far as your age, no you are not too old. There are guys in their 40's and 50's doing cycles. I think 30's are the perfect time to start if you choose to do so.

I agree with RA, you're training too long. You should be in and out of the gym in an hour if you're training program is solid. Everyone started of wearing themselves out in the gym at first. I recommend getting a diet and excercise program from a professional. As far as "supplementation" I would start out with Test. HGH is very expensive and has to be precicely administered. Test is great for any age, by the way. It is commonly used as hormone therapy for men.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.. Best wishes!

Welome to the board mate!
First thing I noticed is only 3kcals/day.
What is your TDEE? Almost sounds like you are not consuming enough calories.

Welcome to the board. There are some good people here.
As it's been said get your diet and exercise program in check before doing aas.
As far as age I didn't do my first cycle until I was 36. So that's not a problem. I will say because male test production fades as we age when you do, if you do, the test cycle makes you feel like your 18 again. Hard-ons all the time. So horny you'd hump mud. Putting up weights you did in your youth. But for the love of god please please if you do a cycle make sure you do a good PCT.
