    what to take during to help with keeping gains?

    starting my first cycle of test prop and i was wondering if there is something to take during my cycle that will help keep gains after pct is done? Proviron ?

    Way to many factors to consider, most important is your diet, are you bulking or cutting? Look into HCG and a proper PCT, from my understanding longer can't hurt anything.

    Not being a smartass but I destroyed gains from my last cycle because I went from bulking on cycle to cutting right after and lost most of the gains. If you're eating to gain KEEP EATING THROUGH PCT then you can cut calories after your body is back to producing test naturally.

    hcg during your cycle and a good pct after your cycle
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Continuing to lift heavy and to eat properly after your cycle are the most important elements.

    food and during proper pct high intensity workouts , meaning shorter rests between sets with maintainence weight

    Nothing during your cycle is going to help. Diet and proper pct will help keep your gains.

    thanks for all the help guys, what is a good pct? ive looked it up but everyone has different opinions, is there a consensus within these forums? or some work best for others?
