    Sustanon 250 cycle question

    Hi everybody


    So i started my sustanon 250 cycle 500MG/weekly. It been already 10days since i started and i already gained 8lbs so far. ( not bad). I just got hands on some turinabol and by reading lot of thread many people suggest to start the cycle with 40-60mg the first 3-4weeks just to kick it faster.
    Is it too late ? or should i continue with the sustanon only ??

    And also what should i take for the PCT to keep the most of my gains ?

    Im 5"10 163lb 6% of body fat.

    PS : its my second cycle , the first cycle was 50mg turinabol oral only for 8 weeks i gained 26lbs and i keep 20 of them

    I was 135lb one year a half ago so yes Im not a big guy at all . So i decide to start a diet of 6 meals a day with the more proteins and carbs possible ( 4 meals and 2 shakes (2scoop of weight gainer ) and after the first cycle of turinabol i ended at 160 and i lost 6 lb of it.

    Yeah you are pretty light, I dont think you should be cycling, you sure you're 6%?
    That 8lbs is just water weight so far. You should have your pct sorted out already!! Head to ar-r and buy some nolva and clomid.

    Not sure but the body fat but i really dont have fat , im pretty fit. my bad

    6% body fat is pretty good. Of course that 8lbs addition is not all muscle

    Yes i know im eating like crazy and i got more strength. hopefully is not water only lol

    ok , also do not get into a habit of JUST eating too much. I think you are in your early to mid 20s and as you age you will see that you will put on fat quicker and that is when good eating HABITS come into play. If you do not have good eating habits by than you will always be struggling to diet. By the way how old are you ?
