nolvadex for pct

For my pct only thing I have is nolvadex and I was going to do a deca and sust 8-10 week cycle. Should I take it after or during my cycle. If so how much should should I take and what days?

your going to need clomid also.
you can order clomid from ar-r on the top right corner of the screen
Read up in the pct section of the board. PCT is very important its something you need to understand

i wouldnt just use nolva its not enough for a 10 weeks sust deca cycle.

pct is very important. It gets your natural hormones working again. Which is going to make you feel good and healthy and keep your gains. Don't you want to understand how this works? And why you take the nolva and clomid. Or if you dont recover normally you can understand what may be wrong. Its more important then the cycle itself

You may get other suggestions, but personally I would run

clomid 100/100/50/50

Nolva 40/40/20/20

dude go read for yourself. There is a pct section. It would take you 5 minutes to read something. It may answer questions you didnt even know to ask. Then you will actually know why you are taking instead of someone just saying take this these days.

What are your stats and experience ? First cycle?? Im surprised no one asked, doesn't sound like you know to much about this cycle your doing are you running an AI on cycle?
