    In Search of Vasodilation

    Greetings,
I am currently running a bulking cycle; 50mg of Anadrol a day for 4 weeks, 400mg of deca a week, and around 675mg of test a week. My diet does consists of a lot of calories, protein, carbs, and EFA's, 6-7 meals a day. I'm taking anywhere from 0.5 to 1mg of Arimidex a day currently, as I'm only finishing my 2nd week and still taking the Anadrol.

At any rate, my question is in regards to a subject that I have very little knowledge of; vasodilation. I see Matt's avatar picture, and while I know I'm not going to achieve his amazing maze of veins, I would at least like hear some tips from you guys regarding how to achieve more vasodilation through my exercise and diet. I personally find the huge veins popping out from under the skin to be highly attractive and masculine.

genetics, low bodyfat and whatever gear you are running will play a bit role in it

Low body fat, high RBC count, thin skin. Increase muscle mass and you increase the needed blood supply also. When I saw the title of this thread I thought it was gonna be about Viagra or cialis. Lol.

Pretty sure that's Frank McGrath in Matt's avy.

Being lean is by far the biggest contributor. Genetics 2nd. That's my forearm in my Avy and it doesnt look like that when I am at 10-12% bodyfat. You can dialate your vessels with any number of methods but if they are covered by fat they still wont be visible.

I haven't had any bw done yet. The only reason I've been taking this much arimidex on average is as a real-time reaction to bloating from the Anadrol. In all honesty I haven't taken this much every day, but more often than not. This is also my first go with Anadrol so I'm still getting acquainted with the effects it has on me. I feel that once the Anadrol is gone I won't need nearly as much to keep the bloating down.

Thanks Bear, this has been an interesting read. I understand now that NSAID's and aspirin have a negative affect on vaso, and it also made me wonder about something else. Since it states that,
"Low-dose dopamine (1–3 mg/kg/min) has a nonselective agonist effect on DA1 - and DA2 -receptors, causing renal and splanchnic vasodilation."
and knowing that L-Tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine, I wonder if supplementing L-Tyro will actually have a positive effect on vaso in itself.

Thanks FireGuy. The level of vasodilation in your avatar is simply amazing. What would you say your BF% was at this level of vaso?
