Can sum one help me
Can sumone help me im taking 25ml of ANABOL(BD-Dianabol ) a day I'm in the gym six days a week.... Can sum one help me with a diet thanks you....

Your diet should have been sorted out LOOOONG before considering AAS, this leads me to believe you have not been training properly, very long either, which lands me on the conclusion, you should not be cycling yet. Just an observation. What are your stats? 6 days a weeks in the gym maybe over training, depending on what you're doing on those days.

Your going to want to edit that lab name out. You need to drop the dbol and run pct, as bear said diet should be spot on years before aas usage.

Welcome to the board mate!
A dbol only cycle is not recommended, nor is it healthy. I'd advise getting your pct gear first, and then stopping the cycle until you know enough to do it right.

once you have your pct gear, stop the cycle and begin pct.
Now... about the diet. Best advice i can give you is to go to the diet section, and do a number of things:

after learning about tdee, go ahead and calculate it for yourself. it will come in handy here in a bit

so are you done reading yet?
finally, search the rest of the nutrition section, and grab someone elses diet so you can use that as a template. it's time to design your own. you know your tdee, so your diet for bulking should be at least 500 cals a day above that. when you plan your diet, break out the macros per meal, and then total it for the entire day so we can take a look. your macro split should be around 40/40/20 based on % of calories consumed. After you have designed your diet, go ahead and start a thread and post it in the diet section. We've got a few blokes that like to rip into that stuff and analyze it. they will give you quite a few opportunites for improvement, until you've got something that is right for you.
This process is fairly comples, time consuming, and requires discipline and some sacrafice.

Iv been training for about 3years now iv got a diet... iv been told to eat more when taking there but starting to get a bit of a bully now an just won't to make should this is the first time taking these but I have taken different steroids before...

Allow me to translate:
Many of my friends have told me I should increase my caloric intake after the introduction of exegenous AAS. This I have done, however, it now seems that I have added some unwanted adipose tissue and I would very much like a some insight into dieting so that I can gain lean mass without this extra fat.
