    ? about clen results

    I was wondering what kind of results did people see when using clen . Now, I know they say to have a really clean diet and a lot of Cardio to see good gains in fat loss. But I was wondering how much better the result were when on clen.

    to be honest clen isnt the mirical fat burner peeps make it out to be at least in my experiance...i think youd find your results with clen only slightly better then your reasults with just a clean diet and cardio alone...we are all different though so maybee you would have different results..... so give it a go if your so inclined....goodluck...

    I tried it and gave away a pretty large bottle. That stuff gives me horrible sides even at small doses yet I can handle Tren with almost no sides. I didn`t ever lose weight on Clen but I could never run it long enough to find out if it worked.

    I guess we will find out. I just started a cycle 3 days ago, I'm currently taking 160 mcg every day. So far no ill side effect hands shake a bit but nothing to bad, and I feel slightly more "wired". For lack of a better word. I will keep u posted if you care to know how its going...lol.

    Are you doing the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or Incrementing Cycle? I'm thinking about the latter but haven't heard from anybody thats done it.

    clen is pretty shitty. not a fan at all

    save that money and hire a trainer to write you a diet this will give you best results

    I'm doing a 60 day cycle, 160 mcg a day maybe a little more but ever third week I'm taking 50 mg of benadril to scrub my beta 2 receptors so that my receptors aren't down graded and I can stay on the whole 60 days.

    Not a fan because of the sides or results? Either way your probably right but curiosity got the best of me I guess...lol.

    everyone will have different opinion so you can make the chocie youself

    sides are shitty for the results. i found that if i want to shed the fat that i just dish out my cardio and diet without feeling the sides

    It may help a little in the cardio area but because of what it does to my blood pressure I won't take it again.

    Used it. Not a fan.
    Used EC. Not a fan.
    Used numerous fat burners on the market. Not a fan.

    Short of using something crazy like DNP , you're not gonna find an answer in the form of a pill. It all comes down to consistency and length of time cutting.

    For those recommending diet, what was your stats before? I mean I'm asking because I hear a lot of people at 15-20% wanting to use clen to get lean. But I'm going from 10% down to around 7% all natty and then clen to get lower. Just a supplement to get the last bit of fat gone. Not a "magic weight loss pill."

    if thats true then you may see greater benefit from it then most...

    So far I'm on my 4th day of clen . The sides aren't to bad just shakey hands. Except for today I was doing dead lifts and started cramping up something fearsome, so bad I had to end my workout early and last night I was having sex with my lady and my abs started to cramp up so I had to roll over and let her do the work , wich was fine. So, I'm going to start supplementing with taurine and hopefully that will cure the cramping. If not I'm going to have to stop taking clen...lol.

    THe longest you are supposed to stay on clen is 2 weeks and 2 weeks off.
    After two weeks your receptors become numb to the drug and it really is not effective.
    I ran clen for 2 weeks during the holidays like I do every year and didn't gain an ounce of holiday fat food.
    And I actually got leaner and didnt gain any fat.

    That's what the 50mg of benadril is for. It scrubs the beta 2 receptors. Letting you take clen for longer periods of time. Read this thread

    If you eat right and do cardio 2 weeks is enough.
    You know clen can cause heart stiffening right?

    There is the Incrementing Cycle of clen as well. start off a dose and run it for 2-3 weeks then up the dosage for 2-3 more weeks, then up the does for another 2-3 weeks. Supposed to have milder side effects. The compound still burns fat even if you don't feel the jitters. At least thats what is said on the profile section of s t e r o i d.com. I'd like to know of 1st hand experience from anybody who's done this type of cycle.
