    I am 5 ft 7 inch 260 lbs when i shift training i drop down to 243 is about as low as i can get on my diet.when i get to 243 i want to use clen for the last 10 lbs..

    Ar-r's clen is dosed at 200mcg/ml so it should last you quite awhile.

    Benadryl doesn't work.
    You need ketotifen to upregulate Beta-2 receptors.

    You just store Clen at room temp. If it crashes from the cold, just heat it up and shake well to get it back into solution/suspension.
