    Bridge between cycles?

Does anyone have experience in bridging between cycles while on pct?

Its a bad idea. It never allows you to recover. Do pct allow your self to fully recover then cycle again. If you start bridging you may as well just cruise on test, but then when you quit you will have to be on trt for the rest of your life.

No time off is not the best of ideas. Allow your body rest and. recover.

    What are your goals?
Do you recover good from your cycles?
You can't bridge with AAS while in PCT (there are some who have done the dbol bridge while trying to recover though)

Yes I always have recovered well, usually about 4 weeks after my last shot I'm feeling pretty normal again.
Goals are mainly to stay healthy and strong for my job. No plans to do a show at this time.
I had heard about the d-Bol while on pct and was really just wondering about it, but like stated above "your either of or your on" makes pretty good sense to me.

Basically you can bridge but not on PCT. Now what the pro's do is not what is advocated by myself.I am on TRT, so the rules are different at this point.Rule of thumb is time on = time off.

Right yea I've always stuck with time on plus pct = time off, and it has worked well

If the 'bridge' is with another AAS I think its a bad idea. You will basically still be 'on' which in return never lets your body
recover its natural hormone balance after the cycle.
