Just wondering what supplements most people use while on cycle, which ones are a must and which ones to leave out? Ex. I usually use 1MR for pre workout, but that has alot of caffeine and i know that can raise BP and dehydrate you. Also is creatine necessary while on cycle? What are your opinions?

Creatine will help even more while on cycle and so should a pre workout but make sure to drink a lot of water with it.

I personally don't like the creatine bloat. I stopped using creatine when I started cycling AAS. There are no "necessary" supplements when you cycle. If you do an oral cycle with Test you will want to look at a liver support supplement like milk thistle. I just take multivitamins and some glucosamine for my knees.

I like to use creatine at the start of any cycle. Incorporate glutamine a few weeks later and use both during pct. Other than that, i use multi's, b's, fish oil, milk thistle.

Using caffeine can have positive results in your training focus. Monitor your BP on cycle on your own to answer the BP worries.

5-htp is a precursor to serotonin in the brain so basically it's a mood elevator. I used it to sleep but have recently started taking it multiple times ed. It helps keep me calm and makes me a lot nicer to be around on tren. I take met-rx arsenal packs which are their version of animal packs but a little cheaper. They have minerals, fish oil, digestive enzymes, aminos, and a multi. I take 2 of those a day, one in the am and one in the pm with extra fish oil.
