So I just ordered up all my gear (prop+Tbol) and pct/hcg for my second cycle. I was planning on starting in a month or so but no big rush. My question is how do you change your diet and training in the month(s) leading up to your cycle, if at all?

Well generally it depends on your goals. Mass / bulk or cut / tone.
"Priming" before cycle to me makes a huge difference. Read this: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread....#.TyNfLJhuHHg
Priming can be used effectively, basically going on a calorie deficit diet for 4-6 weeks leading up to your cycle. Your body will be extremely sensitive to insulin and primed to absorb all the nutrients you feed it.
Ive read Marcus's thread on priming several times before. Very good article. I was more wondering what people are doing, not what should I do, thanks for the input though.
Huh? That is what people (including myself) are doing.
I'm actually doing something a bit different this time. No idea how it's going to go so not (yet) recommending it. I'm priming in advance but doing a week vegan prior to the next cycle. My wife and I did it last year and it was pretty tough for me but I think I'm mentally ready this time around. I have to pick up a protein without milk products and get ready a lot of tofu, peanut butter, nuts and avocados. I'm going to get a body cleanse as well any maybe some acai.
