Comment/Improve my cycle.

Second cycle: Ran tren-a t-prop about 2 years ago and had no issues with the same PCT. I plan to do the PCT the same again.

I can extend the cycle to 12 weeks(by lowering initial 2week dosages), but I see no reason, tell me why i should extend?

WEEKS: Dosage:

1-10: test e 500mg/week
3-10: Anavar 100mg/week

9-12: HCG

10.5-13.5 : Nolva 50/50/25/25

Anyone suggest aromasin(perhaps 10mg eod?) and/or liver52+milk tistle, and why would you?

What are your stats? Also, you had to use that PCT because test prop is a short acting ester. Test E is a long acting ester that slowly gets into your system, so you will not see results till your at least 4 weeks in. You will want to wait at least 14 days to start your PCT. An AI should always be ran so a small dosage of 10mgs of aromasin will be fine. You won't need liver support since the var is so mild on the liver.

I see, makes sense. Im 27yo, 5'7 170lbs, around 8-9% BF.

5'7, 170 with 8% BF..sounds like you are genetically superior lol. Btw if your body shuts down pretty hard it would be beneficial to start running some HCG a couple weeks in the cycle up till pct.

I do have flaws and parts i need to improve. Always shooting for the most aesthetic look, hopefully this will do it for me. I get compliments alot and ppl always ask me what i eat, lol. I don't like to brag but there is may be 1-2 people in the gym i'd say they look better than me, and one of them is a long time user.

Anyways, thats what I will do probably. Planing to vlog teh whole thing.
