I posted a thread a few days ago explaining my intended first cycle. I was given heaps of feedback and awesome advise from this forum. I have since revised my cycle and wanted to see if there is anything I could further do to improve on it.
1-8 Test Prop - 125mg EOD
1-8 Arimidex - 0.25mg ED
9-12 Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20
I'm training 6 days a week. Monday to friday weight training, Saturday is a fill in day for all problem areas. Mainly calves and abs day. My calorie intake is 1900 per day. I have been told to up that during my cycle, which I intend to do.
I'm 30 years old, 5'11, weighing 86kg (189lbs), 15% bf, Been training for 5 years.
Is there any areas in this where I can further improve? Please keep in mind this is my first cycle ever. I'm mainly doing it as a test run to see how my body reacts to it. However I am still looking for some gains.
