I'm looking to get some input from vets/knowledgeable members on pct start times. The goal is to find the actual # of days before we begin pct. Not sure if this is possible due to varying opinions and no "official" guidelines, but I'm interested to see what everyone thinks and if we can agree.
Test Prop: I regularly see 3 days as a standard. I think we can agree 3 days is ideal.
What varies are the long esters or the blends.
Test E: 2 weeks seems to be standard, although I have seen knowledgable people state up to 18 days.
Test Cyp: This ester typically has the biggest difference in opinion. I have see anywhere from 2 weeks to nearly 3 weeks, with 18-21 days being the most prevelant lately.
Sust: Due to the mix of long/short esters I have also seen a difference in start times with 2 weeks being the most prevelant lately.
Less common esters:
Test Phenylpropionate: Saw a thread the other day on someone cycling this. Not sure on the correct pct start times.
Test Decanoate:
Test Undecanoate:
Test Isocaproate:
The last 3 I have not heard of being cycled seperately, as they are primarily incorporated in blends, but ideal pct start times would be appreciated if possible.
This thread was started to try to see if we can agree on pct start times and establish a "standard". My hope is that this will be a constructive thread and if your ideas vary from other proven members, please back up objections with research. Since we are all trying to learn here and many new people just repeat what was told to them previously, I hope to find these "standards" so members will not have to question when to start.
