I have never really worked out in my life. I mean I have done push ups etc... but never gone hardcore with it. I have always afraid to ask people at the gym for guidance so I really hope someone can help me.
I am 5'7, 160lbs. I do not know my BF% but I am starting to get a small beer belly. I have always been atheltic and thin but the past 2 years I have been adding weight and not the good kind.
I dont know what foods to eat, what kind of workout to do, what kind of supplement I should take, what kind of food to eat.
I mean I am really hoping someone can get pretty specific with me. Like workout types, reps, time i should be spending at gym, how many days a week. How much I should be eating a day and maybe a good meal plan.
I dont want to be a giant but I want to have nice abs, arms, chest and legs. Another memeber Jim230027 has a pic on his profile and thats exactly what I want. That type of body. Good size but able to move and be athletic.
Please help? I need guidance!
