My First Cycle and PCT

Hi, I'm starting with my first beginner (and safe) cycle. (Excuse me for bad english, I'm Italian)

I have read more thread and I think that this cycle is good for me:

Week 1-10: Test E 250mg Monday + 250mg Thursday
Week 1-15: Aromasin 12.5mg Monday + 12.5mg Tuesday + 12.5mg Thursday + 12.5mg Friday

Week 9-10: Proviron 100mg Everyday
Week 11-12: Proviron 50mg Everyday

Week 12-13-14: Nolvadex 40mg Everyday
Week 15-16: Nolvadex 20mg Everyday

Advice and/or any suggestions?

Please help me to construct the best cycle

P.S. I'm 27 Years Old, 170cm, 150lbs

Most around use Clomid in conjunction with Nolva. Have you done any research on HCG ?

Clomid is much more effective at stimulating lh release than nolva. This is why you take clomid in conjunction with nolva.

Very thanks! I have correct my cycle... please tell me if now is correct:

Week 1-10: Test E 250mg Monday + 250mg Thursday

PCT:
Week 12-14: Nolvadex 40mg Everyday

Week 15: Nolvadex 20mg Everyday
Week 15: Aromasin 12.5mg Everyday

Please review it!

During cycle I use Arimidex , not Aromasin , But I understand what you mean. On Clomid I have my doubts... Clomid = Nolvadex , but Nolvadex is better... I do not understand why I have to use both of them ... It is not enough just nolvadex?

With that cycle I think clomid at 50/50/50/50 is fine, 100 will probably yield some sides. I prefer toremifene at 120/120/60/60, much less toxic.

Nothing wrong with nolva and clomid, but there are better safer options imo. I just prefer torem/tamox to clomid/tamox. Torem is far less toxic then both those serms. I don't plan on running pct but if I did I would experiment with raloxifene and toremifene.

Sounds like it, if you do the clomid go with what alex recommended.

Yes sir
I like that your adding proviron
Might think about adding starting on your 2week week, HCG 250iu 3X a week, 3 weeks off and then do it again to maintain test function and not to desensitize legig eggs and LH
Your on a long cycle weeks 1-3 HCG weeks 6-9 HCG
But dont run it PCT as that will also cause desensitization with the torem and nova . Leave a 3 week gap btw HCG and you PCT aromisan or torem and nova
