DBOL + sus or test e
Am deciding which is best to stack with the DBOL , sus 250 or test e
I plan on taking dbol 30mg's ED for 3 weeks
stacked along with either 20ml sus or test e
Week
1-3 Dbol
1-10 sus or test e 500mg/per week injecting monday and thursday
for pct I plan on arimidex .5 ED on cycle flowed by nolvadex after cycle
need advice what you guys think.

26 5'9 180lbs this my third cycle others were just sus250 20ml and nolvadex for pct

First, make sure you have a solid diet in place. PCT is lacking imo as you need to add clomid in there as well.

I believe my diet is in place i eat about 2000 calories clean at the least a day because of work. Highest goes from 2500-3000 calories when i have time to eat.
Im about 8-9% body fat. I was thinking adding clomid what do you suggest. I was gona run nolvadex for 3 weeks 20/20/10 2 weeks after last pin.Last edited by testbrah; 02-01-2012 at 11:27 PM.

its above 30mgs dbol ED for 3 week
and 2mls a week injecting monday and thursday of sus or test e not sure which to go with

I've done a very similar cycle for my second one. from the research i did, i did dbol 25 mgs/ed and split the dosage by 12.5 every 12 hours. i also did sust 275 because you only have to pin twice a week where test e i've read is more effective every third day (not much of a difference) but also if you're trying to bulk, i'd really consider raising your calorie intake to at least 3500. i try to stay above 4k daily. the pct that i found effective was recomended by a few vets here on the board as follows:
clomid 100/100/50/50 (that breaks down as mg's per day for each week for four weeks)
nolva 50/50/25/25 (same break down)
a-dex- as needed at your own descretion to help with bloat and gyno symptoms @ .5 mg

thanks for your reply ill be definately adding in clomid then. and i was thinking adex .25mg so it lasts me longer and not to completely destroy all estro might affect some gains?
i try to eat alot but with work taking up most my time 12 hours a day i get barely time to eat.
4000k sounds alot lol what u eating man

diet section here has great advice. so does flex magazine. i use bodyspace.bodybuilding.com for meal plan recomendations. i normally use weight gainer shakes in the am and a ton of food every 2.5-3 hours. the shake helps because it's almost 1000 mixed with milk. don't make the same mistake as a lot of people thinking more gear ='s more gains. with or with out aas it's ALWAYS more caloires/protien ='s more gains.

2000 calories is way too low man, get in that diet section asap. You need to eat to grow!
