Gain muscle, burn fat same time

Hi, I am close to starting my first cycle which will be 500mg test e every week. And I want to know if this cycle will help me burn fat and gain muscle at the same time or if I should focus on one thing like bulk or cutting only.

    My stats:
    25 years old
    5'10
    190lbs
17% body fat according to body fat calipers

I will be working out hard 5x a week with 1 day not as intense which will be abs, deadlifts and I will be doing cardio 5x a week at first 30mins after workouts then I will add another 30mins fasted morning cardio. My diet will contain of 3200cals with 320g protein. I was thinking that would be good enough to gain muscle and burn fat since my tdee is around 3000. Please let me know if it is possible.

Well I know that. But can anyone actually help me and let me know if I can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time with this cycle and diet, training plan.

I will copy and paste this from my answer to the last guy that asked the same question.

I would rethink the cycle if I was you. You could eat a maintenance calorie diet and do a good recomp on cycle . You'll lose some fat and gain a little muscle and look really good on cycle but long term what have you accomplished. You'll gain the fat back in PCT or afterwards without a dialed in diet and you're not gonna gain any significant amount of lean tissue eating maintenance cals.

I'd use the next few months to prime/diet down to 10% - 12% naturally and then run your cycle with the goal of gaining as much new muscle tissue as possible while maintaining your low body fat. In the long term you will have accomplished much more by adding a significant amount of new LBM. And you'll be lean and you'll have learned how to eat properly to stay that way.

    My $.02.
It's the thread below yours in the nutrition forum.

Ok thanks for that Hartman. But if i want to do that what is a good amount of calories you would recommend I take in daily with my exercise regimen being the same should I eat at around 2700-3000 or is that far too much and just stick to 2000-2500?
