    Need a little help on my second cycle!!

    'I am 41 years old and this will be my 2nd cycle. My 1st cycle was test p and winny. A little about me....again i am 41 years old 6'7" and weigh 261lbs and have 12-13% body fat. I have been lifting most of my life but for the last 6 years i have gone 3 days a week and for the last 2 months have added a second workout on those days. I am really happy with the gains i made in my first cycle it really changed the look of my body. i have kept almost all of my gains and strength due to a good post cycle of nova clomid and hcg. I was taking 1mg eod of test p and half a dropper ed of winny on my first cycle. I want to do another cycle but want some help on what will put on more muscle and help cut a little more. I have been off cycle since auguat of last year. I want to start the first of march. I have been thinking tren and test p this time but would like some input. My diet is high calorie and high protien and have pretty good guidence on that from my dr. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

    I'd avoid the tren for now. It has some sides that are hard to manage for many. I know i have a hard time with it.
    You may want to consider deca. Fewer sides, good gains when stacked with test. Keep your dose of deca to probably within 2/3 of the dose for test, and you should be able to avoid the dreaded "deca dick".
    About the diet. Not all diets are the same. some, including weight lifters, require diets much different from that as recommended by a doctor. You would be well advised to go ahead and post your diet in the nutrition section, complete with your TDEE and macros per meal and total for the day. I'm fairly certain that there is much room for improvement, and this improvement can have a decent impact on your gains as well.

    I would be reluctant to add Tren so quickly. Since you said you last cycle you gained well and kept most of your gains I would be reluctant to change the second compound to 19nors ( Tren or Deca ). The thing about Test P is if you don't mind the constant pinning its in and out of your system very quickly and you can recover from it ( PCT ) very quickly. This I feel is very likely a large part of keeping your gains, on the other hand while you will surely gain more on Tren or Deca the recovery will be much tougher and its likely that your losses will be a lot greater.

    While others may not agree with it, this is my own opinion, based on my own and my clients experiences. I would look to slightly increase the amount of Test P and keep the cycle length short, I really feel that this will be a lot less taxing on your system and you will be a lot more likely to again keep a good percentage of your gains. Also keep in mind that the further you progress the harder it is going to be to keep gains as you near your natural limits, if and when you actually reach your natural limits then it becomes very difficult to keep gains. Again this is my opinion but I feel that the effect of a first cycle and the gains seen during the cycle are such a great motivator that they often serve to make changes to ones workouts/diet/attitude that play a very large part in keeping gains as at this early stage thats really all thats needed to achieve a higher level.

    Increasing the test p to what eod 1.5 or 2mg. would you add anything to that or just stick with the p. This will probably be my last cycle for awhile my next is going to be a long cycle of hgh i dont know how long yet i have research to do on that yet. i want to get some good gains this cycle. i work very hard in the gym on and off cycle and would like to think that is also the reason that i kept my gains. I know alot of people that go to the gym and cycle and when there cycle is done they dont come to the gym and when they are there there workout is very different than it was on cycle.

    I agree, i'd save the tren for some other time as it does have some wicked sides. I'm a firm believer that if it's not broken, why try to fix it? You got good gains from your first cycle so why not run it again? Or, you could run NPP w/that prop. I like to keep short and long esters together, such as deca/test e if you choose to go that way.

    What is NPP and if i take deca how much ed or eod. would you take test e instead of p
