Cutting cycle
Stats:
Hello guys am 22
145 lb/65 KG
5 foot 7
Body fat about 13-15%
Diet:
Oats - morning 9am
in between - fruit
12 o’clock - Lunch - brown rice, and boiled vegetable with grilled chicken about fist worth of rice and fist worth of veggie and 100 grams of chicken.
Dinner - same as above.
before i go to sleep - i usually have fruit and drink lots of water.
now my question is:
I would like to get my body fat to 7 - 8%, i would like to go on a cutting cycle iv been reading lots and educating myself.
i am considering Winny & Test Prop, Clen
Any recommendation will be great.

Mate your to young to begin using steriods . At your age you risk messing up your body for life.

In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

Also your very light and am guessing you haven't spent much time in the gym. Your diet needs a lot of work. Please feel free to visit the nutrition forum that we have. It's one of the best on the net.

first everyone gonna say u to young
second u not eating enough and how much water do u drink during the day? Its no good only drinking loads of water once off your body will store it if u dont drink water often and i drink Green tea all day to loose weight fasten your meta (so i read)!
They going to suggest to looking at the nutritional forum! Im gonna suggest to rad the important threads i learnt loads going threw them!

i am eating about 1500 cal a day, i drink water about 2 litters a day. iv been going to the gym since i was 16 - i have a good looking body so iv been told, but not what i would like.

bro you don't need a cutting cycle you need a diet plan. Cutting is only diet and cardio. You don't need drug's to get cut. Roids make you bigger and won't help in a cut.
Ill tell ya you are not eating enough. Go to the nutrition section and ask for help mate.

Quaker Oats has 150cal for a 1/2 cup (40g) DRY serving. how much oats u eating bro? lolz!
do u wanna see my diet? i eat over 6 skinless chicken breasts a day and loads of stuff and im still under 1900 calories (thats my bmr)!
Trust bro change the diet a around and make it happen! In your mind think food first steroids come later actually and honestly if u not planning on being as big as some of our gents and ladies on forum don't think juice at all!
Interval training always help if you killing yourself on the tread mill!

---^ true dat. You can get ripped and have some good muscle mass if you eat correctly and do cardio. You don't even need drug's at all.

1500 calories a day?! There is your problem man. At 145 you shouldn't even be concerned about cutting. Start eating and put on some solid mass then consider cutting down. You don't need steroids . You are too young and with a good diet and routine you can get good gains naturally! Take advantage of that while you still can. Good luck man

Yo, im 20, 5'10, 220 lbs, i dont know my bf%, i mainly wanna get cut, but still wanna be bigger than the usual people that are cut like track runners, soccer players, etc.......and i know everyone's gonna say im too young, but i dont plan on doing a bunch of cycles , just one.....should i get Winstrol or Super Test? and what legal PCT could i get?...........

i want some muscle mass not that BS.......... yeah, i know your gonna say wait until your older like every one else on here.......but i know at least 7 people that have done one cycle of either deca , winstrol , super test and have gotten great results and there all the same age, they didnt get any bad side effects, they were all small bitches compared to me now there way bigger.

you are entitled to your opinion. However, this is the Q&A section, not the lounge. Considering some of your other posts, and the quality of this post, I'd suggest that if his diet "looks like SHIT BRA", then you dig down deep, and based on your huge grasp of knowledge on diet and nutrition, then you should provide some ideas on why it looks like shit, and how YOU would improve OP's diet.
I'm assuming your diet is dialed in, and has already been posted in the nutrition section for all to see?
In fact, I'd be interested to see what your diet is, and maybe I can provide some constructive criticism, if any needs to be provided.

I would wait a few more years and just eat more and train right now. You will pack on lean mass if you bump up your calories (clean).
