Hello guys am 22
145 lb/65 KG
5 foot 7
Body fat about 13-15%
Diet:
Oats - morning 9am
in between - fruit
12 o’clock - Lunch - brown rice, and boiled vegetable with grilled chicken about fist worth of rice and fist worth of veggie and 100 grams of chicken.
Dinner - same as above.
before i go to sleep - i usually have fruit and drink lots of water.
now my question is:
I would like to get my body fat to 7 - 8%, i would like to go on a cutting cycle iv been reading lots and educating myself.
i am considering Winny & Test Prop, Clen
Any recommendation will be great.
