as many times as you want. Over time you can scare the tissue but i only pin quads up until recent where now i do delts. You have about 3-4 primo spots in the quads you can hit. So just switch from left glute, right quad, left quad , right glute.. Rinse and repeat but this is just my opinion
personally i would alternate,
glutes. delts, traps, pecs, quads
can i ask your stats?
but if I was shooting EOD can I just use glutes? eg. right glute, left glute, right glute, left glute, right glute, left glute,
yes if you want but why not alternate?
i find delts and pecs alot easier and more comfortable than glutes
stats?
You really should not use the same injection site more than once a week. Scar tissue is a very serious threat, but you also have to worry about a pool of oil accumulating in a muscle. When this happens it can prevent your muscle from absorbing the compound. Go to spot inject ions (dot) com (remove the spaces) and check out all the different sites they describe. You need to start using your thighs and maybe even delts now.
ok cheers guys will probably try delts next as i hear there are alot of nerves in your thighs
21 on tren a?
I dont do glutes cause i dont like to bend that way and dnt wanna break off pin in my ass. Prob never gonna happen but its a fear i have just like doing a Jager bomber and having shot glass slide down and chipping a tooth... 1,000,000 / 1 odds im sure
This is a good point and I'd like to point out that when you inject, make sure you leave a little bit of the needle out of the skin. That way, in case the needle does happen to break off of the syringe, you can pull it out with a pair of pliers instead of having to go to the hospital and have it surgically removed. I've read some really nasty horror stories related to needles breaking off of the syringe.
