Hey guys i just started my cycle on decabol and i have noticed my sex drive has dropped off is this normal? or should i be on some test aswell? if so could you please tell me which would be good and at what rate

Yes, this is very normal for some, although I ran deca by itself a few times when I was in my mid-twenties and never had the problem until after my last injection. At any rate, taking deca by itself is highly ill-advised, and you answered your own question, you need testosterone . There are many different types and you need to start reading about them immediately.

Go to this site, scroll down, and start reading about all the different testosterones it lists (propionate , cypionate , enanthate , etc.). Typically, beginners utilize cypionate and enanthate because they are required to be injected less frequently. 400mg per week for 8-12 weeks is a basic dosage for a beginner.

I've read good reviews about Norma, but I've never used it. I've also read that it is very thick, if that's the case it may be necessary to warm the bottle in hot water before extracting for the sake of an easier injection. By the way how many mg of deca are you taking a week?

Yeah i herd good things about it too. Im taking 200mg of deca do you thing that should be ok for my size.

What is your size? I see that you're in your late-twenties.

I assume this is your first cycle. If so I wouldn't exceed 200mg. In fact it's recommended to take nothing but testosterone on your first cycle, but deca has great benefits in terms of avoiding injury and you've already started using it, so it is what it is. With the test, taking 250mg a week will be fine too, but you could increase that to 400-500mg per week safely, in my opinion. Being your first cycle, you should see some encouraging gains, assuming that your diet is one that caters to your goals.

Now, of importance, are you familiar with aromatase inhibitors and post-cycle therapy?

yeah just about to hit 29, I am 198 pounds
It is my first cycle.

I have been doing alot of reading about the PCT do you have any good tips that i should follow.

Yes, first make sure you get an aromatase inhibitor (AI) to take periodically during your cycle. This will prevent estrogen from building up too high, consequently preventing side affects such as bloating, gynecomastia (bitch-tit), and acne. As for PCT, clomifene citrate (Clomid) and tamoxifene citrate (Nolvadex ) are the drugs of choice. If you can't find any yourself, the AR-R company logo at the top left-hand corner of this site will take you to a site that sells it. You'll want to run it something like this:
Nolvadex - 40mg every day for 2 weeks, then 20mg every day for 2 weeks
Clomid - 50mg every day for 2 weeks, then 25mg every day for 2 weeks

But don't start taking it until about 2.5 weeks after your last injection of deca /test.

yes run an ai..if only test base I would run at like 5 mg a day. but again matters which ai you get..some of you lucky punks out their where deca doesnt shut you completely down...

I hear ya man, we all react differently to different compounds. On the note of AI, I trust you meant 0.5 mg a day, right? In either case, the amount taken is dictated by the compound taken. The dose will be different for Aromasin to Arimidex to Letrozole , and with a test/deca cycle he shouldn't have to take any of those every day.
