    Questions New Cycle. First timer

    Hello All,

    First time on the forum and I am in need of information.

    Age:22
    Weight: 158
    Height: 5'11

    Have been consistently working out for 4 years with only taking 1-2 months off a year.

    My gains have been very limited as I am skinny and do not have good genetics for putting on mass. After seeing my work out partner just complete a cycle of Trenbolone and Cypionate I have decided to try it for my self as it proved to be very effective for him.

    I plan on initially starting out with just a 3 week cycle of both Trenbolone and Cypionate. I know that typically it should be longer but I am hesitant about doing it for longer. I will consider extending the cycle if I feel necessary.

    I am mainly curious about the adverse side effects I can experience. Upon research, I have learned that Cypionate can cause the growth of "man boobs" which is not what I want at all. Should this be a concern to me as I am only doing three weeks and if so how can I mitigate these side effects.

    Also, if anybody has feedback about their experiences with both of these I would love to hear about it.

    Finally,

    My workout regime currently consists of 4 days a week:

    Mon: Upper
    Tues: Lower
    Weds: Rest
    Thurs: Upper
    Fri: Lower
    Sat: Rest
    Sun: Rest

    Should I increase the days I lift while on both of these?

    Dude.... Before u harm yourself forget about the use of steroids. You have no idea what you are talking about do some research and revisit the idea in a few years

    In the mean time eat some food.. No such thing as not being able to gain mass due to your genetics... You are not eating enough... Secondly if u don't know how to grow naturally steroids would not help and even if u made gains on you won't retain them off...

    Thanks, I respect your honest opinion. Could you be a little more comprehensive though.


    Is the combination of both substances not a good? What are the possible ways I can harm my self? Also why would I not retain gains once off? I understand dieting is extremely important when putting on mass but am seriously looking for gains that are not attainable from just dieting. If that makes sense? Please excuse my ignorance on the subject, I am a beginner.

    First off, a three week cycle will prove to be a waste of your money. You won't even begin to feel the test cypionate in that time, much less gain anything from it. Secondly, if you do run a cycle long enough to benefit from, at the age of 22 you can damage the organs in your body that produce testosterone and sperm, among other things. These organs do not stop developing until approximately 25 years of age, and taking drugs that suppress those organs will also stop their development. Instead of taking such a life-altering gamble, you should research the most effective methods of diet and exercise. I'm sure your buddy looks very inspiring, but if he's your age he's made a very poor and probably uneducated choice in his life.

    For starters, start working only one major muscle group per day instead of "upper" and "lower", and then give it a week to recover, for example chest & triceps Monday, legs Tuesday, back and biceps Wednesday, rest Thursday, cardio Friday, arms Saturday, cardio Sunday, and repeat.

    I am wondering though, my buddy only using both compounds for three weeks has seen remarkable gains all around. Is that primarily due to the trenbolone since you said the cypionate will not be effective in three weeks time?

    Yes, it is. Trenbolone is an incredible compound that comes with probably the worst set of side affects for any steroid. It's only recommended for advanced users.

    I'm not trying to be disrespectful but your workout regiment is trash without even having to see your exercises performed, # of sets, # of reps, and weight. You need to look up some workouts and get started on a true strength/mass regiment. Your workout regiment is probably the reason why you can't put on mass. Get started on a proper lifting routine.... Chest / Back/ Arms/ Legs/ Shoulders.Traps should all have their individual days. I'm guessing you aren't resting long enough between sets as well. Get a proper diet and workout regiment and I bet you could easily put on 15-20 lb in 3-4 months. Lastly, beginners DO NOT take Tren. Also, Test C doesnt even kick in till about week 4. If you're serious about using AAS then take Test E or C @ 400-600mg/wk for 10-16 weeks.

    Sorry, roommates have people over and I started typing my comment and came back 30 minutes later to finish. Looks like I repeated everything everyone else said lol... To summarize, don't take tren, take test only and for 10-16 weeks. Lastly, get your workout together!

    I have tried the regime you have suggested.. I used to lift that way for the past three years. I just recently started this new regime and I feel it works better. I try to minimize my rest periods between sets to 60 - 90 seconds. I use 3 sets of each exercise 6-10 reps. I superset almost every exercise bested flat bench press, standing military press, dead lift and squat.

    Your new workout would do more for cutting than bulking, but I wouldn't advise it for even that.

    thank you for all your help. I will not be doing any AAS after the advice you guys gave me.

    One last question..

    besides AAS, is there any pro hormone you would recommend for me that I can get a retailer or order online..

    Basically.. spring break is March 2nd, looking to gain lean mass fast

    The best thing for you is a good diet. Throw in some creatine and you'll be good to go.

    I'm not too hip on prohormones myself. I have some friends who have used prohormone combinations made by Reaction Nutrition who were very pleased with the results, but they aren't AAS users.
