    My First Cycle

    Whats up Guys,


    I am new to this Forum Thing, so I hope I'm not posting this to the wrong place, If i do Please advise me so I delete it.

    Ive been Working out 6 days a Week for almost on and off 3,5 Years now.
    Worked out 2 Years and looked amazing with 20, no one would believe I could Naturally look like that.....
    Didn't touch a Dumbbell for 2 Years.... Because I am an idiot!....
    Been Back to the Gym on and off, But now more SOLID than ever!

    People At the Gym Already think I am running something....
    I feel Like this Cant be it tho, I feel like I hit a wall, even though Im only 24.... and I decided to run my First Cycle.
    Changing Diets and all other supplements are good but not good enough!!

    PLEASE PLEASE Do Not Answer if Youre gonna tell me not to run it

    This is My Plan, give me your opinions and take out or add stuff you think I should do.

    THere's no compounds in that plan only doses. What are u running?

    Since its your first cycle just stick with test e as you have planned split into 2 dosages per week.

    Reason for only one compound is if you have subsides you will know what caused it or them. If you were to run multiple compounds and had sides you wouldn't know which was causing the problem.

    I would run the adex at .25 everyday unless sides appear. Keep pct as is.
