    Cycle Help!

    hey people, i am 24 years old, 171cm in height, weighing 70.5kg. have been active since i was 10 yrs old always played soccer/cricket/gym all year round,so pretty fit....

    6.30AM-breakfast: oats with table spoon of low fat yogurt,fish oil tabs ect


    10AM-morning tea: tuna or chicken or protein shake


    12PM-lunch: tuna or chicken salad


    3PM-afternoon snack: tuna or chicken or protein shake piece of fruit


    4.30PM-GYM: 30-40 min cardio (on days i dont have soccer/cricket training,usually mon,wen,fri,sun) ,weights (everyday except saturday) then protein shake.


    6PM OR (9PM soccer/cricket training nights) dinner: steak or chicken with vegies



    (1-2 liters of water thru out the day)

    now my goals are to bulk up,but as i am short i don't want to get huge where everyone says look at him he looks to big,aswell as have the shredded/ripped/definition look just want to put on more muscle for soccer ect

    i have several friends who have been on cycles before, all using different type of gear, iv been asking alot of questions and have had alot of different advice on what to use ect.

    what are your thoughts on:
    stana tablets?
    stana injectable?
    test prop injectable?
    dbol tablets?

    as they are what i can get my hands on.


    1st friend: said to go on a short test prop injection 4-6 weeks injecting every second day,dbol tablets, and nolvadex and clomid pct tabs for 3 weeks after last injection ?

    2nd friend: said to go on stana tablets alone, said that i wont get huge size but will get slightly bigger but lean up heeps, with pct for 3 weeks after.

    3rd friend: said to go on stana injection ,dbol tabs and no pct


    what are your thoughts? putting in mind i can mostly only get test prop liquid,stana tab & stana liquid and dbol tabs and pct nolva and clomid .
    how many weeks should i run what for,when to do injections when to use tabs ect...
    does my diet sound ok or do i need to eat more or...

    Ignore your friends, they're gona get you hurt. You're bit light bro, & its due to your diet, you're eating healthy foods, just not enough of them, I don't think there's even 2000 cals there. You need to up your intake. Your training regime, doesn't allow for sufficient rest / recovery time, if the muscles don't have enough recovery time, they either wont grow or they will grow very little. You can't workout everyday, go with 1 day on, 1 day off, 1 day on..............etc.... everyday you workout, hit 1 large muscle group & 1 small muscle group, for example: Chest & Tri's, day off, back & biceps, day off, legs & abs......etc.... If you implement these changes, you will see results. Do some research while you put on a solid natural foundation, once everything is in order, present your new proposed cycle to the Q & A for critique. And tell your friends if they want to know how to do things the right way, to come to this site, register as a new member, & we will be happy to show them the error of their ways & teach them the safest way to cycle.

    bear how do you say theres not 2000 cals there? theres nothing to prove anything calorie wise. he doesnt state the grams.

    mate forget the gear u need to learn how to diet.

    get over the diet section and let the boys help u assist with a diet to see actual results

    cuase ur active with ur sports on top of gym. its ctitical u dont miss any meals, i assume ur a hard gainer?

    How can a man, educated in proper diet, nutrition, & portions, look at that diet & not see there's barley 2000 cal there, if even 2000 cal? Think about it, oats, usually about a cup or cup & a half, chicken or beef, usually about 7 -10 oz., tuna usually about 1 or 2 cans, yogurt, fruit, veggies, protein shakes................c'mon man............add it up.
