    Newbie advice

Ok so I've been working out for about a year. Honestly, been pretty consistent with diet (the whole 6 times deal), hit cardio, and intense hts workouts 6 days a week. Supplements have included (trial and error cycles of "natural" items such as) glutamine, omega 3's, multi's, preworkouts, DRIVE, IGF-2, neovar, RPM, Test Pro, and a few others. Bottom line is with the discipline and intensity I think I've shown, results seem mimimal to me. I have gained mass but have been desperate to get separation of abs, chest, and arms with no luck. Every time I try mor bulk to cut, just seems to make me look even more short and bulky rather than lean Been thinking about winny or Clen . Any suggestions? One year wasted? Age 37. BF 10. 165. 5'9

    Welcome to the board mate!

steroids are the last thing to consider. St. Pete is right about the diet. Most think their diet is on point, when it is not. It would probably be worth the time invested by posting your diet in the nutrition section where all can see and make suggestions. when doing so, please tell us your TDEE, your macros per meal and total macros per day.

    Good luck!

Thanks guys. I appreciate the input. Since I am a newbie...at least here in your home... I will review/adjust my diet by looking into your nutrition section. Patience is key, I guess. If I adjust, but see no improvements in the next 6 months, with a higher intensity and better diet, I'll be asking again. With macros and pics in hand (can't do it now, since posting on phone during my 60 second rest intervals). Thanks again!

    ^Sounds good.

Consider this. If i were to guess, I'd say over 90% of the blokes that come here thinking their diet is spot on, find out otherwise after posting their diet.
