Ok so I've been working out for about a year. Honestly, been pretty consistent with diet (the whole 6 times deal), hit cardio, and intense hts workouts 6 days a week. Supplements have included (trial and error cycles of "natural" items such as) glutamine, omega 3's, multi's, preworkouts, DRIVE, IGF-2, neovar, RPM, Test Pro, and a few others. Bottom line is with the discipline and intensity I think I've shown, results seem mimimal to me. I have gained mass but have been desperate to get separation of abs, chest, and arms with no luck. Every time I try mor bulk to cut, just seems to make me look even more short and bulky rather than lean Been thinking about winny or Clen. Any suggestions? One year wasted? Age 37. BF 10. 165. 5'9
