    I know, I know, another newbie question

    I know you vets have answered thousands of newb questions, but I can't find the answer to a few questions

    I have done my research, lots of reading. My diet is good and has been for years. I'm 45 200lbs, about 20 if that is excess fat. Been training for about 3 years seriously and am ready for my 1st cycle. Here is my plan, and then the question.

    Weeks 1-4 20 or 30 mg dbol
    Weeks 1-12 400mg test E

    Nolva on hand for sides and standard 21 day clomid cycle for PCT

    Here is the question I can't find an answer to. I have read conflicting views on a first cycle. Some say go light so you don't screw up your receptors for later cycles, some say go heavy because your first is always the best make the most of it. so 20mg of dbol or 30? Also splitting the dose makes sense 10 x3 for 30, but for 20, 5-10 (before workout)- 5? Is 5 too small to get through the liver? Also planning on splitting the test. Is this needed for a 400mg dose?

    No offense but your diet hasnt been good for years if your 20%bf. I would work on that before starting anything,
    Get an ai to use on cycle like a-dex or aromasin. Save the nolva to use with the clomid for pct
    I would not be using d-bol if i was 20%bf. D-bol is going to make you hold water and probably look fatter. Also its better to stick with just test on first cycle.
    Yes split the dose of test into 2 injections to keep blood levels more stable
    400mg is fine for a first cycle
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    If your bf is 20% you have to drop it before any cycle and you wont to drop the dbol and do a test e on its own,if you have done your research what would your PCT be?

    Gixx, I promise my diet is pretty good, I follow Milos Sarcev's diet plan pretty closely. Ever since I turned about 40 it doesn't matter what I do that last 20 lbs. won't go. One of the reasons I want to add more muscle, to help keep metabolism up. I did think of the water retention with dbol though, is it that dramatic? Oh height is 5' 11"

    Scorpion, 21 day Clomid Day 1- 300mg
    Day 2-11 100mg
    Day 12-21 50mg
    That is what is recomended on this site, but I swear if you read 100 websites you get 100 different opinions.

    then that may not be the right diet for you. There isnt a cookie cutter one size fits all diet. I would post your diet in the nutrition section. It may seem hard now to get to drop the last few lbs but wit ha correct diet for you it will be alot easier
    That pct is really an old school pct
    i would do nolva 40/40/20/20
    clomid 100/50/50/25

    Thanks guys! I will get A-dex for the cycle and do the Nolva and Clomid together for PCT. I will either save the dbol for next time, or try something new for the diet and see if I can't get bf down some before doing the dbol and test together.

    Piss the Dbol off and run test E or C for your 1st time
