    Second Cycle Critique

    first cycle:
    dbol/test e

    the first cycle went well, made some good gains and was able to keep most of it. now, I am ready to do my second cycle sometime in march. im looking to get the hard look for summer.

    1 - 12 wks - test p 125 EOD
    1 - 10 wks - tren a 75 EOD
    2 wks on/2 wks off - albuterol 12mg per day

    1 - 12 wks - HCG 2 x 250 ius per wk
    1 - 12 wks - Cabergoline .5mg x 2 E3D
    1 - 12 wks - adex .5mg E3D

    PCT
    3 days after last prop injection
    Nolva - 40/40/20/20
    Clomid - 100/100/50/50

    i am aware of the harsh sides of tren so i will be using tren a incase the sides are unbearable.

    yes stats and I would think of running something different then adex for an ai and run at 10 mg ed...but stats help..

    You completed one cycle and kept most of it, yet your sitting at 170. That's very light. So before you start another cycle I would suggest hammering out a really good diet. Personally if I ran test E and dbol and landed at 170 I would consider my money wasted.

    Aside from that , there's no need to jump on tren for a second cycle. This is a marathon not a race.

    My diet is fine, I had it checked out here in the diet section before i did my first cycle.

    I'm have a small frame (asian) and probably near my genetic limit as i only gained 12 lbs on my first cycle despite consuming 4,200 cals according to my daily logs. i kept 10 lbs after PCT before i decided to cut down to 170.

    the reason for tren is because im running out of time at the age of 35. If i was still in my twenties, i would definitely wait until my 4 or 5th cycle.

    You're not running out of time and I don't think you need to be running tren to get results from a second cycle. If you're looking at getting hard and cut for summer why not run winny or masterone and keep tren for later down the track when you stop gaining from these beginner/intermediate compounds.

    Also I'd like to see this 4200 calorie diet that only allowed you to gain 10lbs because I think at 4200 you should have gained a lot more.

    i am prone to MPB as it runs it my family so i try to stay away from DHT based steroids like winny or masterone.

    here is a copy of my diet. I stuck to it about 85% of the time and the average during the cycle was 4200 calories.

    I don't think you're running out of time. I'm 43, and although it's getting a lot harder to gain, i can still push around some weight and drop down and get cut fairly easily. I'd leave the tren alone for now as this is just your second cycle and tren ace is harsh. And for your first time running it for 10 weeks might take a toll on you. Why not try NPP w/ the prop? I personally like that combo and will be using it again later in the year.

    35 is young dude, 50 now days is the new 30

    I plan on running Test P for my second cycle, i may add winny but i am still doing my homework if its best for me. Save running tren for later

    yes I was..I will be more specific next time..and I get the 10mg ed from swifto's estro articles about keep in down and under control..

    How about just increasing your test dose with the albuterol and drop the tren?

    I think you're eating too much processed food and not enough real food.. I would look into changing the diet a bit and try get more meals in like your 6.30Pm chicken, brown rice and broccoli meal.

    You would do well to post that diet up in the Nutrition section. You have a good start but there are several things that need to be changed, for instance you're relying far too heavily on protein shakes and the waxy maize is utter garbage unless for some reason you desire a glycogen that takes a very long time to be absorbed. boxa06's advice was spot-on in this regard.
