Hi everyone. need your help!! tired of being looked down upon :(
The names Ricardo.
been the in the gym for about a year and a half now. Started working out properly for the last 4 months i would say,
(more deadlifts, squats, 5-6meals a day, no empty calories and etc.)
Been looked down upon most of my life as weak, skinny and ugly. I'm Tired of this and I really think Steroids are the answer!!!
I'm 20 years old, 5'11 and weigh about 155lbs. maybe about 10-15% body fat most of it prominent in the ab area as I barely have abs.
Gained maybe 7 pounds from the year and a half in the gym.I want to gain more and be cut as well. Not tooo big just the normal attractive size and cutness. Can anyone give me some tips on the perfect beginner cycle? I want a cycle with very minimal side effects.I'm not interested in something that you have to sacrifice to much for. I've read Anavar is good but mostly for cutting? I want to bulk up maybe another 20 pounds and stop there. I don't want to do cycles all my life maybe just for a year or two and then keep the results with normal work out plans.
I've also looked at the Roid-*****.com beginner cycles but they seemed a bit harsh when looking into the roids included in the cycles.
I'm thinking of starting the cycle in 2 months! Any Help willl be deeply appreciated!!!!!

You need to develop a sense of self-worth first and foremost. You should be working out for you, not for what others think of you. If you aren't satisfied with yourself, you can never be happy. I'm speaking from experience here. Get your personal sh!t sorted out first and foremost.
Also, you're:
-too young
-too inexperienced
-too light
-too far away from any sort of natural limit (you can gain JUST AS MUCH without steroids right now as with)
-too uneducated on the matter--do more independent research, understand what makes steroids work, why they work, why/when/how you should take them, and come back with questions after that.
Don't take this as a challenge. You are not "the exception" to most rules. You're looking for a magic bullet and steroids aren't it.

I know i can gain alot but its going to take me years. roids would cut that time in half. I know what kind of diet it takes and how to work out properly.
I've seen many and heard of many people starting roids at my age and or even younger and have got great results.

Embrace the lifting lifestyle like your new religion and hold off on the juice until you are a little older and done growing.

I lift the heaviest i can till i can only do about 6-8 reps. I would say i did gain 5pounds in these 4 months. I don't really take much supplements multivitamins and whey protein. I eat alot of fish weekly and try to eat atleast 3 lean servings of protein a day. cottage cheese at night and 4 eggs in the morning. alot of carbs from whole wheat bread and fruits. Also i add broccoli to my lean proteins on the side lol.

2) ur diet is weak
heres a list of supps for u to try
1) a mass gainer
2) Multivitamin
3) Creatine
4) Bcaa
5) Wazemaze
and you should consume over 200g of protien and carbs should be complex carbs and more serving of veggies and 4 eggs in the mornining isnt enough you got a lot of learning to do brah

I've looked into mass gainers most seem like a cash grab.
Creatine isint really anything special..... i was on SizeOn for a month and im off it at the moment.
I'm also pretty sure bcaa's arent that necessary.
I consume almost that much protein. Complex carbs? I'm pretty sure whole wheat bread is complex carbs which is what i consume...
How is 4 eggs not enough at my body weight? I think anymore would be stored as fat lol

Mate i was in your situation thinking that the juice will help heaps but lucky enough I by passed it and that's after I naturally gained 22lb in muscle in a year and a month...ive now changed my diet uped my supps and within two weeks seeing results.
Strive to create an anabolic effect within your body and generation protein synthesis through using protein, creatine and bcaa...do your own research and work out when's it's best for you to take these and trust me within a month you will gain a couple of kilos.

your advice has been horrible. everyones body is different so your telling me a 220 pound person absorbs 40gs of protein every 3 hours ? obvioslly not.
I dont know what your problem is just some douchebag whos trying to prove me wrong in anything i say.

I can. You should spend your time in the Nutrition Section for some help. Get a solid bulking diet and ball busting training schedule down and you will gain weight.

Halberto, most of those supplements are flat out lies and gimmicks. You really need to eat more food. And you should listen to stpete and hit up the diet section. If you do what they say, you'll notice BIG gains.
I recommend you get a Costco or a Sam's Club membership tomorrow if you don't have one already. The amount of money you'll save in food buying there is worth it.

Look guys everyone keeps saying halberto shouldn't do it which is fair enough, but its his own body and if the guy wants to do it why not just give him some advice?
I think I did for my first cycle:
250mg Test enth per week
30mg Dbol per day
I did that for 2 months but dropped the dbol after 4 weeks because it is hard on liver
PCT = 20mg Nolva and clomid for a month
And presto you have your easy noob cycle, I recovered test back to normal and had no problems after that and looked good while on so I would recommend to do the same thing

The fact that you used & are suggesting to the OP, a long ester for only 2 months, shows you knew nothing then, & you know nothing now. Your PCT is wrong too. If you're going to try to undermine the efforts of more experienced / knowledgeable members, you have to at least know what you're talking about, otherwise you just make a fool of yourself.....................like you just did. OP, I agree with HK, don't listen to this drivel from Goz, he is not experienced enough to be giving advice, & he obviously doesn't care about the potential long term or permanent side effects of you cycling right now, the only reason he "came to your rescue" is because he's 20 & thinks he can show up the members of this board that err on the side of caution when it comes to age, he will regret his action soon enough, although we'll never know about it, cause he'll be too embarrassed to admit he fvcked himself up.

Hi there~
First of all Welcome!
Now here is a female perspective on this.
First of all confidence is the most important thing to us. It really is. We gravitate to a guy who thinks a lot about himself whether he is skinny or short or quite honestly not even that attractive. Look at all those girls who are with guys who are sub par and you ask: how did he get her? He was confident. And the best way to get confidence is to go after something you want and keep at it until you succeed. This is when your confidence will shoot thru the roof. You will shine. You will exude an inner power. You will attract.
Now as far as being skinny. Perhaps not the right forum to say this but I will anyway. Many females are attracted to thin males. There is something about the grace of how a thin male moves. He is more agile. He is faster. He looks better in jeans with long legs.
So. Here is the deal. You have the height. You have the natural test on your side. You have time. So get that belly down with better food choices and go to the gym to build up some better shoulders and arms.
Come on over to the Nutriion forum and learn to eat better. The members will help you tweak your food. FOOD IS YOUR BEST CHEMICAL. This is the secret to all of this. Many guys in the gym forget to tell you this part. And even if you did take AAS you would not keep your gains anyway if you do not work out or eat right. So not worth messing with your endocrine system to get a temporary fix which could lead to even more trouble down the road with females.
Remember this: Slow wins the race. Consistency is key.
See ya in the nutrition forum. HEY! We all end up there sooner or later.Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown

You think you are being knocked around now? Theres a real good chance if you get on the sauce you will mess yourself up for LIFE.Not being able to get a woody or have no desire for sex. Then the women will be on your back.So do wat is right and hit the diet section bro.Your day will come just dont give up.

SlimmerMe, awesome post! I didn't realize how useful a female's perspective could be on the steroid forum.
Also, I noticed someone recommend a waxy maize supplement. Stay away from this trash, it's a complete waste of money.

Halberto ! YES Steroids are the answer ! There, is that what you wanted to hear ? well tough shit coz its not the answer you need, not right now in any case, all the above points are very true, LISTEN to what everybody tells you, its what you NEED to hear.
Heres what I have to say: Eat well, train right, give it time, be ready for roids in a few years time.

Im still fairly new to this site.when i joined i had kind of the opposite problem as you, i was fat!! And i thought AAS was my answer, i listened to all these very helpful members and i got my diet and training bang on!!! Over the last 4 months i have dropped by BF % down 10%!! And my strength and lean muscle are thru the roof!! I feel great and 100% more confident and i did all natural ! I still have awhile to go before i start my cycle, if i even do one! This is the best I've felt in years and i owe alot to all these great members here!!... Thanks guys and girls!...and good luck to you.
