Your stats & pic are pretty impressive, they indicate you have a good diet & discipline, however, I dont think you're allowing enough recovery time working out 6 days a week. I think if you tweaked your training routine a bit you may see some pretty significant results. If your muscles don't get enough recovery time, they will grow very little or not at all.

Your bf should be around or less than 15 %. What's your diet? Goals?

agree with Bear. 6x a week is probably too much unless you are fairly advanced and have quick recovery times as would be typical when taking aas. Personally, I'd back off one day.
As another member mentioned, bf% should be under 15% at a minimum. invest the $20 in a set of BF calipers so no more guessing. too much bf% increases the risk of feminine sides like gyno.
you haven't given us a very good idea of where you are at development wise...
how many years have you been lifting this time?
how much do you know about diet and nutrition?
before starting your next cycle, highly recommend posting your diet in the nutrition section, complete with TDEE and macros per meal and total macros per day. More than happy to examine in detail with constructive criticism. Cycling without dialing in your diet first will diminish results. Your bf% now suggests your diet is NOT dialed in.
Also, make sure you have your pct gear lined up and in front of you before starting any cycle. "things" happen and you don't want to get caught short without your pct gear at the end of the cycle.
I just noticed the comment that you haven't been taking your training too seriously since the end of your last cycle six (6) months ago? This suggests to me you are not ready for another cycle at this time. You should be very intense at the gym for a year or two before considering steroids . Taking drugs should not be taken lightly, and all options for growth and gains should be explored first, and exhausted, before AAS.
Just my thoughts....

thanks for replys
i started training seriously when i was about 19 trained soild for 3 yrs never knew much about diet but still got some awesome gains then traveled for about 2 yrs didnt really train for those 2 years and been training for about 2 yrs straight now.
ok everyone at home on the net and in the gym is telling me im training to much lol this time i will cut it down to five days i think or was thinking of 3days on 1day off??
should i be training 1 bodypart or 2 a day? ive always done 1 but now for the first time im accepting i dont know everything and am willing to take opinions and try new things.
goals are to get bf down get some veins cranking and get some abbs but remain around or over 100kg and prob 10% bf maybe less. i put on alot of weight with the sustanon cycle but i was just big and bulky and i lost about 5kg when i came off cycle.
i will post my diet in correct section n hope ya's can help me tweak it abit
so wait till im under 15% befor i start thats ok was going to wait atleast 8months befor i started the cycle i will be under 15% by then
for pct i have nolvadex and clomid pretty sure thats all that i can get

If you are training each bodypart once per week you probably are not overtraining. The workload and recovery is the same if you do it over 4,5 or 6 days.
