    first test cycle...its legit I promise!

    hey guys first post here...been researching AAS for the last 6 months or so. A little history to start: Ive been lifting for 4-5 years now...and for 2 years seriously. about 2 years ago I was 145-150lbs. Im now 180lbs and the gains are taking forever to come. Im hitting about 4500 cals/day with 300-350grams of protein and 350-400grams of carbs.

    Stats:
    24, 6'0", 180lbs, 10-12%BF, trying to gain 12-15lbs after PCT is complete. Now the good stuff...

    Cycle:
    1-4: Dbol 50mg/day (split in the morning and pre-workout)
    1-12: Test E 600mg/week (split into 2 injections every 3.5 days)
    1-12: Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

    PCT:
    Clomid: 100/50/50/25
    Nolva: 20/20/20/20
    Gonna use DAA as well

    On cycle supps:
    Multivitamin
    Fish Oil
    Liv52 (while im running the Dbol)
    Taurine (for the pumps that I know are coming)
    Creatine
    BCAAs
    Hawthorn Berry (gonna pre-load for 2 weeks and drop it when I drop the Dbol)

    gonna be using 20g 1.5 in pins to draw, and 25g 1 in to pin. Planning on starting off with glutes and maybe gonna do quads (really scared of the pip horror stories though). And if im feeling saucy, I'll maybe try pecs.

    suggestions and comments are welcome (except for Bear telling me to wait 6 months til im 25)

    everything looks good, for glute I would do 1.5" and quads 1". Quads arent bad shots at all imo. Also 180 at 6' is a little light for your height but thats just my opinion

    Looks good , and don't worry about virgin muscle pain if you get it , as for quads I use 1.5 but don't go in all the way, and have you looked in to HCG ?

    one of the best first posts i've read in awhile. bravo.

    your cycle looks identical to mine - i'm even considering the DAA in pct as well. i really like your list of cycle supports too. only thing you may want to consider omitting first time around is the d-bol. this will give you a better idea how your body will respond (sides and gains) to aas. then, next cycle add an oral like d-bol.

    other than that i will be following your progress. please start a thread to update your results.

    Drop the dbol for the the first cycle, that's wayyyy too much for your first time anyways. I'd also drop test to 400-500 ew. I would run nolva at 40/40/20/20. At 10% bf 1 inch will be fine for all sites, don't go pinning yourself with a 20g.

    You can say that again. 6' and 180- OP needs to figure out how to put food down his gullet before figuring out how to cycle. Ethiopians need protein not testosterone .

    Congrats on your progress thus far!! But you still have room to gain without AAS. But if you're hell bent on it, i also recommend drop the d-bol. I also like nolva @ 40/40/20/20

    yea I have...still havent made up my mind on it yet. if I feel I need it I can always get it a few weeks into my cycle

    pinning with 25g needles...dont know if u saw that in original post. and my test is 300mg/ml so doing 500mg/week is going to be a pain in the ass...literally.

    25 lbs in 2 years...all lean. and I dont know how to eat..? jeez bro...not everyone needs to be 6'0" 200lbs before they start using gear. yes in an ideal world I would be a little heavier but I know what im doing and im ready. and dont call me ethiopian either...stay out of my thread if your gonna be a dick.

    Im 12 years older, but I always had a hard time gaining weight and I would eat everything. As i got older it became easier but the body fat started to get tricky so I had to watch the quality of my calories versus just eating anything I wanted. I did a Dbol and Deca cycle for my first time and had great results, but I did watch everything closley. I just wish I had stuck with my training so I would've kept more. Cheers bro!

    Sounds like you generally have things in good order. Looking at your diet numbers though I am thinking you may be well short of the 4500 cals a day you have listed. If your protein and carb numbers are correct you would need to be taking in almost 200 grams of fat a day to arrive at 4500. Just throwing this out there that you may not be eating nearly as much as you think you are.

    diet is a little fishy..but great gains over the last two years..if you decide to run dbol keep the sodium dwn and diet in check so you do not bloat up like a balloon..many do!! good luck

    Ive never been too particular about my diet in the past with regards to counting exact macros and such. I usually just made good estimates. I know they types of food I should be eating and when I should be eating them. maybe it would help if I took the time to calculate everything before I run this cycle.

    Any suggestions on running asin through pct or should I stop the day before I start the clomid/nolva?

    Yes, my experience has been most underweight (excuse the term) people vastly overestimate the amount of calories they are taking in while overweight people do the opposite. I know when I hired a trainer for my first show, his initial question was "How many calories you eating?" Oh at least 3500 and clean too told him. "Get a good scale, weigh and track your food for a week and then let me know". Turns out I was more like 2600-2800 and I was trying to bump it up as I knew I had really miscalculated what I told him. I would suggest you do the same. Take some time and see if your diet truly is where it needs to be calorie wise.

    ok point noted...gonna take a week or so to dial in the diet.

    and also couldnt get the asin...so now im gonna dose adex at .5mg EOD

    Ive just heard the nolva saturates well at 20 and bumping it to 40 just adds risk for more sides?

    I would seriously recommend taking a liver supplement throughout the cycle and PCT regardless of whether or not you're taking Dbol . Aside from that, great job at gaining 30-35 lbs naturally over the course of two years. It sounds like you're on the right track. Also, it would definitely benefit you to get it in your head that you'll be injecting the thighs. Rotating injection sites as much as possible is very beneficial.

    Quads are easy man.. they're my preferred spot. Least painful/easiest to reach
    (ok glutes are less painful but are a pain in the ass, literally)

    Yup... I prefer to pin quads while sitting on the toilet (lid closed). I can completely relax the muscle n prop my leg against the door/wall. Works great for me. I suppose a normal chair would work as well as long as its firm.
    I've found that anything thats soft or gives (sofa/bed) doesn't feel very good as the muscle must be indirectly stabilizing you. Makes for an uncomfortable pin, same with sitting on a counter with knee bent n leg dangling.

    I know what you mean man, but after a few injections the fear subsides.

    I seriously doubt that the doses and amount of time you're going to be taking test and clomid will put any stress on your liver whatsover, but seeing as it is possible with prolonged use in high doses, why not just take a little extra care of the liver with a natural supplement? It can only help. I'm a big fan of LIV52 and milk thistle simply for the sake of overall health.

    yea liv52 is cheap as hell so I guess its better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the liver.

    will now be running that throughout cycle and through pct

    im actully gonna start the adex at .25 EOD...couldnt get the asin which sucks. Im not very gyno prone so I doubt it should be much of an issue.
