hey guys first post here...been researching AAS for the last 6 months or so. A little history to start: Ive been lifting for 4-5 years now...and for 2 years seriously. about 2 years ago I was 145-150lbs. Im now 180lbs and the gains are taking forever to come. Im hitting about 4500 cals/day with 300-350grams of protein and 350-400grams of carbs.
Stats:
24, 6'0", 180lbs, 10-12%BF, trying to gain 12-15lbs after PCT is complete. Now the good stuff...
Cycle:
1-4: Dbol 50mg/day (split in the morning and pre-workout)
1-12: Test E 600mg/week (split into 2 injections every 3.5 days)
1-12: Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
PCT:
Clomid: 100/50/50/25
Nolva: 20/20/20/20
Gonna use DAA as well
On cycle supps:
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Liv52 (while im running the Dbol)
Taurine (for the pumps that I know are coming)
Creatine
BCAAs
Hawthorn Berry (gonna pre-load for 2 weeks and drop it when I drop the Dbol)
gonna be using 20g 1.5 in pins to draw, and 25g 1 in to pin. Planning on starting off with glutes and maybe gonna do quads (really scared of the pip horror stories though). And if im feeling saucy, I'll maybe try pecs.
suggestions and comments are welcome (except for Bear telling me to wait 6 months til im 25)
