Newbie First Cycle: Dianabol, Turanaplex (Turanaplex), Testoviron and Proviron

Hey guys, this is my first post here. This will be my first decent cycle (I took some Dbol in the past for about 10 days, just experimenting.) I want to do it right the first time, and I'm hoping to get maximum results from my first cycle.

I'm quite new to this so please feel free to ask me whatever details you need (if I leave something out).

Here are my stats: 24, 6'2", 171lbs. I'm not looking to gain any certain amount of weight, just enough lean muscle to look good.

I've been looking into a lot of different products, but these three strike my fancy: Dianabol, Turanaplex (Turanabol), and Testoviron. I have no idea how to stack them (if I should stack them), and how long to cycle them. Will this provide the lean muscle mass I am aiming for? I am open to any comments on these.

Also, should I use Proviron? What are the benefits? And would that be enough of an anti-estrogen, or should I use something else? Advice on PCT?

Also, any advice on a bulking diet?

    Thanks guys!

    Welcome to the board mate!
All i have to say is "Too Soon". This has nothing to do with your age.
Steroids should be the last thing to consider. You should already have the answers to the bulking diet before thinking about taking steroids.

    Let's do it this way...
...what about the rest of your stats?

    BF%
Years intense lifting this last time?
Knowledge about diet and nutrition as it pertains to body building?

    The basics:
First cycle should be test only. NO STACKS! Use a scientific approach. Experiment with only one unknown compound at a time. After you gain experience with test, and understand what that does to your body, and you are good with it, then you can move on and add one unknown compound. Why? if something goes wrong and you have taken two drugs you have no experience with, and something goes wrong, how do you know which one is responsible? You don't! So just go slow and start with test only.

    Next:
Go here and learn all you can about your TDEE:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...gy-Expenditure

Now go here and learn all you can about food macros:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nutrient-Chart

Now go here and do some more reading, just for the helluvit:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nd-sample-diet...

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ight-READ-THIS!!!

Now it's time to create your own diet plan. Put it together including macros per meal and total macros per day, and include your TDEE. Your caloric surplus should be at least 500 cals above your TDEE. Post this diet plan in the diet section here
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...RESOURCE-FORUM

some of your members/staff will analyze it and come up with improvements.

Remember, if your diet aint dialed in correctly, your gains will be impacted, and any gains on cycle will diminish quicker post cycle. Which will frustrate you and you will create another thread on how to maintain your gains post cycle. But i've already told you, so now no need.

If you have any other questions, ring the bell.
And don't forget to answer those three questions for me I asked above

BF%: Have not had it measured professionally, but if websites that work it out using measurements are anything to go by, its 13.2%. I'm not a fat person at all, but I have some fat om my stomach, so personally I think it's more.

I have worked out on-off for about a year now (more off than on) and only recently started lifting weights again. Maybe a month into it. I know the general opinion will probably be that it's still way too short of a period to be thinking of steroids, but I'm keen on doing it.

As to my knowledge pertaining to diet and nutrition: almost none at all. But I'm a fast learner.

    Thanks!
