Questions About Steroids (I Just Want To Know)

    Okay,

I wanted to know a few answers about steroids:

    1) Do they cause you to gain fat?
    2) How do you workout with steroids? Like a lot a day or what?
    3) Will I be able to gain lean muscle, or will it just be bulk? (Lean being someone like Ryan Renolds vs. Bulk like Arnold Schwarzenegger.)

Thanks, please don't say read, just answer please.

    1) no
    2) same intencity as I always train. Strength gains increase
    3) yes you will gain lean muscle

But none of this means anything if diet, training, bf% and age to name a few arent in check first

My diet was eating less than 1500 calories, without roids, now I am going with what you think would be best...

    Age: 25
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 165
    BF: 13%

What do you think, also thanks.

    How often should I workout?

Mate to be honest it sounds like you need to do a lot more research. No one will spoon feed u here. Diet is first thing u need to fix. 1500 cals isn't enough for someone your size. Scroll down to the nutrition forum we have and post your current diet there. Good luck

Bro, you gotta eat big to get big. DrPepper's right. you should get all the appropriate stuff in check before you even think about diving into something. I'm here to learn myself. I've used PH's on several occassions and I had to put in a lot of effort with my diet, weight training regiment and, of course, knowledge about what I was taking. It's work, so don't just jump in. You don't want to put yourself in a bad spot because you haven't done the research.

    Mate,

Do your research. How can you even consider doing AAS when it sounds like you know nothing about it. Read, Read and read. And if you think you've read enough, read even more.

Like you were told. No one will spoon feed you.
