I am planning on running a var only cycle like this
Wk1 40mg ed
Wk2 60mg ed
Wk3 80mg ed
Wk4-6 100mg ed
wk7-8 80mg ed
Im 22 years old, 6'1'', 215lbs
My friend did a similar cycle of the same Var two years ago and experienced very high quality gains that he has kept to this day, granted he still maintains a serious diet and workout regiment. For not being considered a general mass building steroid he also bulked up quite a bit and gained 12lbs of pure muscle which looked like much more actually.
Some questions I have are:
What type of pct will I need to undergo perhaps during and after the cycle?
I am currently at 14% bf, still dropping. Is that low enough to really be able to appreciate the types of gains I will experience on var?
Is 8 weeks too long to run var at those high dosages? My friend was fine but everybody is different. He did not even do pct but I don't know how intelligent that was. Claims he has no ill effects.
I am not going to run test so please don't call me an idiot for not wanting to do that. As far a what I have stated here what would you guys recommend? Any suggestions welcome and much appreciated don't want to **** myself up. Need more info just ask as I did not want to make this post any longer.
