    Before I start this thread, I would like to say I have been reading through the forums and I see alot of people around the age of 19-21 very eager to start their cycles. So let me say I'm not here to tell anyone they are wrong or right. Instead I want to share a suggestion that might be beneficial in the long run. I know how it feels to be one of the smaller people at the gym because I am also in this age group and understand where you are coming from, but after reading through this forum and several others, I would like to say it is a big mistake to start a cycle so early! Now I know you are probably wondering why is this guy on the AR forum discouraging a cycle?! Well the simple reason is because it will do more harm at this point in time rather then give you the results you are looking for. Trust me, if it wasn't i would be on my 3rd or 4th cycle already. If you have already made up your mind that this douchebag doesn't know what he's talking about and Im going to do a cycle anyways, go ahead..you are the master of your own will, BUT if you are willing to be patient and take your time (because you realize you have 4 times as much life left ahead of you then you have lived) and wish to take a safer route which will prepare you, then read on.

    What I am actually writing this thread is to inform you of an alternative to still get better results, without harming yourself and slowly preparing your body to do a cycle rather then just jumping into it. Just like a marathon runner isn't just born with the capability but rather has to run everyday and improve the distance slowly. As you all know steroids isnt just a magic drug that you take (although that would be great), it requires great amount of effort and hard work to get the results, and to do this you must already be in a great shape before starting a cycle. What I would suggest (and I wouldn't be if I hadn't done so myself) is to start of with the simpler supplements such as creatine and proteins because your body at this age is already providing more then enough testosterone that you need to grow rapidly. Personally, I am taking a pre-workout drink called "SuperFreak" which, although nothing compared to steroids, is still a great energy booster and provides alot of energy and improves recovery time(There are many others, you dont have to get the exact one if you don't like it). Don't be fooled though, if you are a hard worker, you are still going to see some pretty amazing results without the side effects such as "man tits" (I went from 160-175 in 6 months while loosing 5% of body fat(18%-13%) in the process). It will help you improve while staying in the safe zone of hormone imbalance in your body. Again, this is just a personal opinion and Im not telling anyone They are wrong or I am right. This is just for people who are planning to do a cycle because they feel there is no other alternative. Remember my friends, it is better to crawl before you walk, walk before you run because jumping too fast can cause injuries that might prevent you from getting to your goal at all (which you might agree is worse then getting there slowly but steadily). Does this mean this forum is of no use to you? OFCOURSE NOT! because knowledge is one thing that you can overdose on without having any side effects(personal guarantee) and this gives you more time to read up on everything you need to know
