Ok, so I am debating which should i do? All at once 40mg of dboll or split into 4 daily doses of 10mg. Let 's look at the calculation with half life set at 4 hrs.
All at once
7am- 40mg
11am-20mg
3pm-10mg
7pm- 5mg
11pm- 2.5 mg
3am- 1.25mg
7am - 0.625mg then add 40mg = 40.625mg
4 Daily doses (-1/2 add 10) 7am to 7pm
7am-10mg
11am-15mg
3pm-17.5mg
7pm-18.75mg
11pm-9.38mg
3am-4.69mg
7am-2.34 +10= 12.43mg
That is what it would look like. Seems like the night hours are suffering. When we sleep this is probably when i would want it at my peak. Some people want it during the training hours but you are only breaking muscle down then. Growth stage is in rebuilding...the rest.
It seems as there is bit more stable levels in splitting the dose and on the other hand there will be a greater concentration in taking it all at once.
