    DBoll all at once or split

    Ok, so I am debating which should i do? All at once 40mg of dboll or split into 4 daily doses of 10mg. Let 's look at the calculation with half life set at 4 hrs.

    All at once

    7am- 40mg
    11am-20mg
    3pm-10mg
    7pm- 5mg
    11pm- 2.5 mg
    3am- 1.25mg
    7am - 0.625mg then add 40mg = 40.625mg

    4 Daily doses (-1/2 add 10) 7am to 7pm

    7am-10mg
    11am-15mg
    3pm-17.5mg
    7pm-18.75mg
    11pm-9.38mg
    3am-4.69mg
    7am-2.34 +10= 12.43mg

    That is what it would look like. Seems like the night hours are suffering. When we sleep this is probably when i would want it at my peak. Some people want it during the training hours but you are only breaking muscle down then. Growth stage is in rebuilding...the rest.
    It seems as there is bit more stable levels in splitting the dose and on the other hand there will be a greater concentration in taking it all at once.

    What do you think?

    Most people take half in the morning and the other half before workout. Given the half-life you shouldn't have to worry about a lack of test levels into the wee hours of the night. I would personally be concerned with dbol peaking in the middle of the night because the heightened blood pressure would surely prevent your body from reaching deep sleep, sleep necessary for your muscles to heal and rebuild.

    Not much.

    Are you taking test with this as well?

    I'd probably go twice a day and leave it at that....

    ....you are spending waaay too much time trying to dial in something where the gains are going to dissapate shortly after you finish taking it. Are you remembering your liver protection? what about pct?

    how's the diet?

    lol. Don't worry about the night hours, man.

    If your lifestyle allows you to be able to easily split up the dose throughout the day, then go for it.

    If that's too cumbersome, then twice a day will work.

    Half life is 6-8to hours and as times said. How is the diet. For me on dbol that was the deciding factor for success

    yes i have t400 running with this... i will also have liv52, beet juice, chlorella, milk thistle, fish oil, vitamin d,e, c , zinc, chlorphyll, glutamine, amino acids, whey protein, creatine, post rx, saw palmetto, also Icaps (for eyes)

    as well as arimdex on hand.
    i will bridge after this is done...then run pct in the end..

    the diet is good being a nutritonist and wellness specialist and personal trainer...mostly eggs, oatmeal, tuna, chicken, beef, almond milk, no gluten pasta or bread, brown rice, oranges, banannas, apples, yogurt, vegetables all wholesome foods...no frozen crap or boxed meals or fast food.

    i am very thorough when i start something...don't think i just jump into it i plan it down to the detail... I'm just gathering food, info ,timing and gear...so when i make my move in a week or two. I can run it without issues.

    You're making it way too complicated. I like 10 in the morning w/ my vits, 20 before workout and 10 before bed. Plain and simple. And i also am wondering if you are taking any test with it?

    half life is 3-4 hours... active life is 6 to 8 hours..

    actually that sounds good!... 10 morning...20 pre workout and 10 at bed...voila! sounds like a plan.
