    Overtraining while on Gear?

    I am Planning to run Test E 500mg wk 1-12, Dbol 40/day wk 1-4, Anavar 40mg/day wk 6-12, Arimidex 0.5 ED
PCT clomid wk 15-18, nolvadex wx 15-18

Now my Problem is overtraining. Everytime Im about to leave the gym I turn around and "finish off" a muscle....
I am litterly forcing myself to leave.

There is no way I do less that 4 sets each workout (4 flat bench, 4 incline, 4 decline, 4 Cable....)

my Question is DURING CYCLE if i drink 4 Protein shakes and have 5 meals a day and all that good stuff.....
Aminos, Glutamin, Protein, complex carbs ...blabla... can I work out some more????

Can I so burnout sets, supersets 5 sets each workout on big muscles and still 4 on small (bi...)

and also any suggestions for the diet?

You can DEFINITELY over train on cycle. It is a direct ticket to injury. Unless your Arnold 35 years ago any more than 12 sets on chest will lead to shoulder problems. The target muscle will quit firing after that and then the injury occurs. Speaking from direct experience here BTW. I'm 47 so it's worse for me, but I never do more than 9 sets on chest, bi's, tri's etc. I really concentrate on intensity, perfect form and squeeze on the muscle as well as the whole muscle/mind connection thing and I've gone way up in size and muscle shape from when I was doing 5 day a week workouts. My back day was going on three hours!!! Lol!!

So you do 16 sets total for chest and your over training?? Im not even on cycle and i do ...pyramiding up and down probably around 6-8 set per exercise..4-5 exercises i dont feel over trained at all...of course only 1-2 sets are all out heavy sets per movement.

Yea man, same here. I'm only talking about heavy sets to failure. Being an old fella, I some times need many warm up sets and light sets. Hell, due to problems with my wrist/bi tendons I do 2 complete warm up exercises, 2 sets each on cables before even thinking of doing my measly 8-9 working sets. If I counted warm up sets I'd be doing 20 on quads!!! Lol!!!
