HCG dosage... am I right?
Ok,,, my wife is wanting to take HCG for fat loss...
I know somewhat of the dosage but I like to be sure at all times..
So I had a 5000 amp IU of hcg.. I mixed 10 ml of bac water
therefore this should give me 500iu per ML, right?
So if she wants 250iu on a daily dosage she will have to inject .5 cc of the hcg, right?
Sorry if a dumb question.. I think next time I should only mix it with 5 ml of back water to only
inject .25 cc (less liquid)..... Please correct me if I'm wrong.... .Thanks --ohhh and sorry if I posted in the incorrect forum

I'm not completely up to par with knowledge of hCG in use of dieting, so I won't make too many bold statements. But I do recall reading a few studies that debunked it as an efficient aid. From my understanding, it's only real benefit in fat loss in reducing appetite. There are many compounds out there with a greater benefit, but even those, I am not too much of an advocate of. I'd suggest investing a lot of time and energy into an effective diet and cardio regime.
I'd also like to add, a diet consisting of 500 or less calories sounds horrific to me. I cannot see that providing any long term benefit to her health goals.

HCG has been purported with quite a bit of sensational hype for cutting fat. And the studies that looked for these results found out that it was nothing but hype. And then you have companies selling HCG drops and promising amazing results. They too are nothing but hype. Drop the HCG diet protocol, I feel confident in saying that it is a waste of your time and money.
But on the subject of reducing the BAC water in order to utilize smaller injections, I wouldn't do it. The less water you add, the less potent your shots will be as there is always residue left behind in the syringe. And not to mention that 1cc of BAC water/HCG through an insulin needle is absolutely painless and leaves little to no trace of injection.

I know im late posting in this thread and im a noob, but my wife has done hcg to lose her baby weight (LOST 45LBS on a 6 week cycle) and she is getting ready for her second cycle and for it to actually work, your girl needs to cut down to a 500cal diet and when she drinks water she needs to add lemon juice to it. you should be able to find HCG diets on the net. Also stay away from any oral hcg.
NO CHEAT DAYS WHILE ON CYCLE!!!!!
