How to properly come off Steroids????

Basically i just want to know how someone should properly come off steroids . Not necessarly the PCT part of it but the training and diet aspect of it. What is needed to do to keep as much of your gains as possible? What changes are needed to your diet and workouts when "off"?

Try to train just as hard as you did on them and stay with caloric/protien/fat intake that you did OC< as much as possible.
also bridging with 5-6iu of GH for 6 motns is one way to solidify it.

agree with razr. I am still eating just as much, and plan to run ghrp6 for at least 6 months. I have only lost a few lbs and kept nearly all my strength.

Keeping the same diet when off will cause weight fat gain. Your muscles are not starved for the same amount of fuel as they would bE when running aas. IMO Thoughts?

How do you figure? If you eat less your body wont maintain its new gains? I eat more when i come off and dont gain any fat..... Fast metabolism however. But still. If u decrease tour overall food intake you arent going to maintain the newly added muscle

Edit: not to mention yer apetite usually increases on cycle

I'm pretty tired after cycle like everyone else but i hit the gym and typically do lighter weight w/more reps. 12-15 range on everything. The only thing that changes diet wise is i lower my carb intake. Protein stays the same.

Don't forget you need to eat for your new weight not your old weight because you have all that new muscle to feed.

I do understand the new added muscle...i was just implying while on cycle and test is up alot higher you are burning alot more calories too, so you need to eat more.. but when you go off I thought keeping gains were in the area of how many mg you took etc ex- would be some peoples bodies cant maintain the muscle mass they have on normal natty...so theu need to go on trt in order to maintain...I think i went off topic

Gearbox actually is making a valid point. Ronnie addresses this in detail in his slingshot thread, I wouldn't go without reading it before your cycle comes to a close.
