Hi there, I've never used any anabolic steroids before and as I'm sure a lot of you were; I'm very cautious about what I'm putting into my body. My initial plan was to run a course then just maintain the gains. I am about 5ft 10. 10st6. I'm very ectomorphic but train hard. (6 days per week.) I'm going to be honest, I don't really know what I'm doing in terms of steroids. I'm quite lean and cut, ideally I would like to put on around a stone of muscle (I'm not looking to get huge). I was thinking about 80mg anavar (morning and night) for 9 weeks. I was planning to use whey protein, BCAA's and USN protein desert for night time. I have no idea what to use for my PCT I'm particularly worked about hair loss as male pattern baldness runs in my family which is why I have avoided a lot of other steroids. What do you all think? Is a stone of weight gain likely? What should I use as a PCT? (I want to protect against every single thing and retain as much as possible). What other supplements do you think I should use? Sorry for all the noobish questions I've never used before and I'm extremely worried! Thank you.
