    Anavar advise 1st time user

    Hi there, I've never used any anabolic steroids before and as I'm sure a lot of you were; I'm very cautious about what I'm putting into my body. My initial plan was to run a course then just maintain the gains. I am about 5ft 10. 10st6. I'm very ectomorphic but train hard. (6 days per week.) I'm going to be honest, I don't really know what I'm doing in terms of steroids. I'm quite lean and cut, ideally I would like to put on around a stone of muscle (I'm not looking to get huge). I was thinking about 80mg anavar (morning and night) for 9 weeks. I was planning to use whey protein, BCAA's and USN protein desert for night time. I have no idea what to use for my PCT I'm particularly worked about hair loss as male pattern baldness runs in my family which is why I have avoided a lot of other steroids. What do you all think? Is a stone of weight gain likely? What should I use as a PCT? (I want to protect against every single thing and retain as much as possible). What other supplements do you think I should use? Sorry for all the noobish questions I've never used before and I'm extremely worried! Thank you.

    I'd like to add I mean 40mg anavar in the morning and another 40mg at night. I don't mean 160mg a day.

    its unlikely that you will put on a stone with anavar,and at 5ft10 and 10stone you need to change your diet, how old are you?

    and most people take anavar with test as a base, anavar is not a bulking steroid.

    Thanks for the reply, I understand it's not a bulking steroid but I thought a stone would be possible? What diet would you suggest? I eat cereal in the morning, some chicken for lunch, some fish/chicken (bigger portion) for dinner and some yoghurt and eggs before bed.

    you should be eating minimum of 3000 clean calories a day about 250-300 grams of protein and about the same of complex carbs

    and at 22 you are a little young to be thinking about taking steroids

    this is from another post "the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.

    I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point"

    most people on this forum will not give you any advice about steroids if you are under 25
