High red blood cell and high BUN levels

My RDW was 15.5% out of 11.5-14.5 and my BUN was 26 out of 6-20, I'm about to take my first cycle(testprop 100mg EOD) and I heard it can raise your red blood cell level, is this something to worry about? and i think the BUN level is from my high protein diet

Yes with high red blood count it causes thickening of your blood which could lead to a stroke. You need to get that under control first before taking a cycle in my opinion. Taking an aspirin a day helps to thin the blood and it probably wouldn't hurt to donate a pint of blood too to help get it under control quicker. Not only that but you need to see what caused the spike in your red blood cell count in the first place before even starting a cycle. Just my opinion but lets see what the pros on here have to say before taking my advice.

^^^^Great advice above. Consider donating double red blood cells. It takes over two times the normal amount as a whole blood draw does.

My diet is perfect. Literally all I eat for protein is: tuna, grilled chicken, salmon, egg white, rarely red meat and whey and casein. And carbs: beans, brown rice sweet potatoes. Fats: nuts, salmon and fish oil. And my diet has been this way or over a year. No cheat days, I don't drink or smoke. I haven't had fast food or any sodas in years, I workout 7 days a week ( light workouts on weekends, I know some people think 7 is over training but I get gains better 7 days a week). I get perfect amount of sleep every night also. Only thing I do that would be considered unhealthy is take massive amounts of pre workout 5 days a week. But I didn't have any caffeine or pre workout a week before my blood test Also I take a lot of creatine. I don't know if that will effect it. I know high test can effect your bc count and natty I have a fairly high amount, I can put on muscle extremely fast and I get most the side effects people get while on a cycle natty. Excepty balls are huge (srs). Ie random patches of hair, insane sex drive, ridiculous amounts of energy, fairly strong for my size, acne every now and then, and sometimes aggressive

May just be a genetic pre-disposition. I'm an exercise nut and have been all my life but have high cholesterol. Heredity.
    Donate blood.
