    Looking to add Tren to next cycle; any1 w/ experience

    First cycle: 400mg sust .5cc 2x a week & .5cc 300mg deca 2x a week
    Second Cycle: 325mg sust 1cc 2x a week & .5cc 300mg deca 2x a week
    Upcoming: Test Cip 1cc 2x a week & .5cc 300mg deca 2x a week

    i'm looking to add Tren to my upcoming cycle i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with it & whether or not i should do .5cc or 1cc (2x) a week.

    5'9" 163lbs looking to add mass primarily while still being able to lose fat

    Also, i know Dbol is also a wise choice, would that be a better option? This is my first time with these two

    At 22 years old you need to get a good diet and training routine down for the next 3-4 years. If you're only 163lbs after 2 previous cycles, you sre obviously doing something wrong. Not to mention you're taking big chances of doing damage to your HPTA. Not worth it man.

    Your best choice right now imo is to hit the Nutrition Section and learn how to eat. You can make great gains w/just that and a solid training routine.

    Pete nailed it. Your young mate. And definitely need to learn how to eat to gain size before trying to cycle again. If u cant gain naturally how do u expect to gain on a cycle? You will gain minimal muscle.

    well i havent finished my second cycle yet, originally i began taking it because i was subconcious about being the smallest dude in the gym because i was 150 soaking wet and i was having alot of trouble gaining weight. as of right now i'm +13lbs with about 2.5 weeks left on the current cycle i know i need to get a more precise diet to reach maximum gains i know youre supposed to have 1-1.5g of protein per body lb

    for bulking you should aim for 2g of protein for every 1lb of body weight
